I'm not going to chill. I'm going to take my legitimate frustration out on them. This is just increasingly getting to me lol. I'm going to ask for a refund on the shipping charges and go from there.

All first wave pre-orders shipped already. Mine shipped on the 7th, and will take a week to get here. While someone in London ordered and received theirs today; and payed less for shipping.

Doesn't help at all lol. I ordered an hour after the pre-orders went live, and still haven't received shipping notice. I can still see it in my ups account though.

I'm so disappointed right now. So.. someone in Europe pays the $40 shipping and gets the SNT in two days, and I'm paying $37-$43 and it takes a week! This is the last I'm bringing the shipping issues up, but I can't relay in a post how disappointed I am with Analogue at this point.

Heck, I can't believe that the shipping charges change, increase, from day to day, even if it's the same address. /shrugs Pathetic really.

If I didn't want to support all the work kevtris put it on it, I would have chosen not to buy it due to the inflated shipping.

None of that is in any way evidence of a jailbreak coming. If it is for YOU, that's your own speculation based on fantasy interpretation. That doesn't make any sense whatsoever. This.

Just checked myups and it's showing "In transit" now, but the delivery date was pushed back to the 14th instead of the 13th that was listed before.

Yep, exactly. Well, you don't price something one way, then also charge for other aspects of the product costs in that way. It's ridiculous. I know one person that ordered TWO systems together, and his shipping was $38 for TWO, whereas mine was $37 for ONE. So, with that alone, I suspect price "gouging" on the shipping and if true it'll leave a sour taste in my mouth.

Just checked UPS, and it shows I have something for Tuesday, the 13th. It's from WEBGISTIX/TECHNICOLOR. Also shows as Order Processed Ready for UPS and has a tracking number. That number shows it was created yesterday and is awaiting package to arrive at their facility. I know it sounds childish... Whenever I get it delivered, I'm taking it to the UPS store and getting the price to send it to the location it was shipped from. I really want to know if this seven day shipping time on this relatively small package is being priced right, or we are paying more for it. It's important to me.

I thought the same thing at first, but then I felt "entitled" in my own way I guess, in regards to having a jailbreak. I bought the sd2snes, or I would just buy the games I wanted. Now, if there is a jailbreak for it, then I can do some decent comparisons with a stock SNES, rgb jr. SNES, and the Super NT. Side by side at the same time. Otherwise, I can always still just do the comparisons individually, and put them together.

I'm happy just discussing things here and I trust in kevtris. My only real concern, and I've mentioned it a few times already in this thread, is the cart fit when inserted. The NT Mini is very poor in terms of how a game fits. I hope they took the time to engineer this slot better than how the NT Mini was done.

I didn't make it too far into that video linked a few posts back. I was already tired of hearing about electrons moving around and how much is wrong with software emulation. /shrugs Five minutes in and I had to stop listening to them.

Shipping charges went UP lol. So, I ordered a second one, the Classic model this time, and the shipping is $7 more than it was for the last one. smh

I'll be honest. The only thing that secured my purchase is kevtris. He's the only reason I trusted getting the NT Mini, and the only reason I trust the quality with the Super NT.

I already bought the black version, but I will get each one of the other three as well.

Interesting read regarding both the poly link and the byuu read. Right off on the Poly read, the author seemed so far up Taber's, um, rear, you can't tell where one of them ends and the other begins.

My NT Mini was $.03 cheaper than the Super NT for shipping to South Carolina lol. $37.53 (NT Mini) and $37.56 (Super NT)
