  1. Yeah, I'm doing it for youtube/facebook, and using Elgato HD60. I appreciate the replies for sure.
  2. I know how the temptation can make people just put all kinds of money out there on something because it's hard to find. I'm not someone that will use that to profit off of something. That's just how I was raised. I'm not saying there is anything inherently wrong with it, I just can't do it. I put a launch Wii on ebay and it sold for three times what I paid for it. I felt like crap after I saw that. I just wasn't thinking it through. I refunded the shipping charge, and since the person actually lived a few hours away, I drove it to them on Christmas Eve. The father had been driving around Georgia/SC for four days straight trying to find one for their disabled kid. They wouldn't accept me giving them the amount over they paid for it. Since then, I don't sell on ebay unless I use a BIN and just cover the cost and shipping. lol. I know it sounds weird, but I can't live with myself by profiting off of someone.
  3. Not sure. I have a bad addiction to collecting stuff lol. If I sold it, it would be for the retail price. I am 100% against taking advantage of people.
  4. I appreciate that perspective. Thank you. I'm not adding anything to it as seen in that picture. Maybe I'm not understanding what you mean by that in respect to that picture.
  5. I keep going to local stores (which is ONE wal mart), and area cities to find them. I've gotten 5 so far. One I use, one that is still boxed up, and the other three I sold to friends at retail cost.
  6. Thank you. That's what I've been thinking about, but wasn't sure if that was going to work since the black edges were from the source and not just added to a 16:9 frame from a 4:3 source.
  7. H mm... I know the method with using something like video from a phone, and the black bars show up when uploading it, etc. However, with this footage, those black bars are coming directly from the feed. They are part of the capture. Will cropping that to 4:3 work in that respect?
  8. I couldn't find another spot to put this in, so I hope this is proper. Using the Analogue NT Mini, capturing the 1080p footage, results in the obvious black bars from the 4:3 aspect of the actual game footage. Any advice on editing that to show the game footage as the background, cropped to fill and blurred; so the black bars will be gone? I only have iMovie, but willing to get Final Cut Pro if necessary. Any other editing software suggested is nice too. Thanks.
  9. /facepalm How did I let that slip by?? Thank you so much for bringing it to my attention. Ugh. I feel kinda dumb now lol.
  10. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
  11. Can someone recommend what I would be good to use so I can play some games on my Sony CRT? It has Composite/Component and RF. I'd rather not use RF, but if that's the only option... also, what would I change as far as the video options to make sure the picture is fitting the screen properly? Love my NT Mini, and I am very appreciative of the work Kevtris is putting out for it.
  12. Here's the difference between the NT Mini and Classic, playing punchout... the NT Mini is on the left, Classic on the right. NT Mini is using the 4x, but I've since changed it to the 4.5x, and the windows size is the same as the classic. I need to do a newer video because the punch speed (button presses) weren't timed the same.
