I definitely don't want a 10% refund. I want what exactly what I paid for. And no way should anyone be responsible for paying return shipping when it's their mistake.

 

It also shouldn't matter if you've opened it either. I nearly opened mine without looking for the region color printed on it. I only knew to look because I saw a few others on here with screwed up orders.

 

Do you have a link to where Analogue said they started swapping the EUR model because they didn't have enough of the JPN model? I pre-ordered right when they went up for pre-order back on October 16th. So there should have been plenty when my order went through. Also selling a particular item and them purposely sending something else instead is illegal. I.E. "Bait & Switch" ( https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bait-and-switch#Legality ), AKA fraud. If they actually admitted this it could be very bad for them.

Please keep us updated about this. I hope all those that were wronged keeps us updated on this. If Analogue doesn't make this right by paying for the return shipping, and shipping a proper order, then they will lose me as a customer. I hate to do it because I support the actual product, and Kevtris, but I can't put my support by a company that would treat their customers in how the explanations have been so far.

Just to mention it since it was brought up already, but if they used the same shipping co., then they went cheap on the packing. Wrapped in bubble wrap with paper stuffed around that. Pretty lame considering the packing has been really nice up until this release; and yet the charges are the same. /shrugs

NT Mini is probably the only one out of that list that would make sense from a selling standpoint. Sega CD isn't happening. The library of games worldwide is only 210+/-. Duo Tg would be niche at best.

Mega Sg: Firmware Update v3.8

How to update the firmware on your Mega Sg

1. Download "msg_firmware_verX.X.bin" attached on this page. Unzip the file if needed.
2. Format an SD card to FAT32.
3. Copy"msg_firmware_verX.X.bin" onto the SD card. No other files can be on the SD card except for the firmware .bin file.
5. Power your Mega Sg off.
6. Insert the SD card into your Mega Sg SD card slot.
7. Power your Mega Sg on.
8. Your Mega Sg will automatically begin to update. The updating process will be represented by the Power LED on the front of your Mega Sg rapidly blinking.
9. This will take 3-4 minutes. Do not power down your Mega Sg during this process or disturb the unit in any way.
10. When your Mega Sg is finished updating, the unit will auto re-boot and the LED's color will turn back into it's normal mode (white).
11. Your Mega Sg has now been updated.

- Legacy firmware versions included below. When updating firmware, we suggest using the latest firmware. You do not have to update your firmware in order, simply update with the latest firmware file below.

FYI, I went to the forum this morning and it looks like there are issues with the 'updated' resolutions for some. Like, it really doesn't do anything at all.

They prolly misunderstand what this release means.

I'm a sucker for new stuff lol. However, my sd2snes does everything I want at this point. I'll wait the Pro out a few revisions and see what happens with it. Save states have never been a thing for me. If it's not in the game already, I don't need it.

I'm trying to figure out how to get the game, then I'm trying to figure out if it'll be better to get the AES or MVS lol. I have a 1 slot mvs board already, but AES seems to be the better option. Is it reasonable to say the AES is the better buy?
