Hey raijin if the only thing keeping from the pcjr. is the monitor, the thrift here has one, pm me if intrested. Today I found a box 12 games genisis games, a genesis, and a powerbase adaptor (cool!). $20. I found ultima:exudus for $3.00, not the greatest deal, but it has a great label. The store also had about 50 other nes games, gonna have to go there. -
I'm making a educated guess of 16000 minutes of music.

The cross-over is only used for hooking an xbox to an xbox, no hub involved. The little quick dissconect is in the offcial controlers too, I guess the didn't want the 8lb box falling on little kids . I don't favor any one brand on cat5 cable it all seems fine. In fact I just by bulk cable and make my own now.

Uh just you know I didn't buy the atri for $100 I looked at him and ran out of the store. He also had a used ps2 (probably with disk read errors) for $120? -

I got castlequest for nes at a yard sale for 80 cents, is it rare? Boy I found a second hand shop that has an atari 2600 with 20 games for the low low price of $100, sega cd games at the low price of $25 (which is 15 more than the dreamcast ) and a used dreamcast keyboard for $20, he also had a dreamcast for $20. Why is the keyboard worth as much as the system? Needless to say I'm not going to be going back there. -
What Classic Computers do you have?

C64 Kaypro 10 I think something like that, has a 10 meg hard drive Apple IIE without system disks A bunch of books for a coco, and a tape drive, any one want to buy or trade for them? Couple of tapes too, one I think is still shrinkwraped. -
Thanks for the link, but I know where I can get a genesis for that much, so I don't think I'll go that route. What really bugs me is my soldering looked fairly good, and it was only 3 connections (unless I'm mistaken). Now I don't want to mod my xbox . It was werid, my soldering iron would leav big globs of solder, an dthey were coming from the tip of the iron, so I bet I broke a connection somewhere else trying to get the globs off.

Does anyone know where I could get one for a model 1. I broke my friends md.1 Trying to fix it, it now gets no video out of the rf port.

I found: A yellowed snes for $2.00 A genesis controller for $.75 (they 2 others but for $2.00) Metalhead for the 32x $1.00 Dig Dug for the 5200 $2.00 Now I just need a genesis and a 5200 (Acctualy I just bought dig dug for the rom). there were a couple of other 5200 games, but no system that I could see, no power cords or controllers for the snes, which is strange seeing as the had 5 or so of them. -
Stories about today's kids appreciating classic games?

I think they may have replaced the malfuctioning Centipede/Millipede/Missile Command combo machine with just centipede, seeing as it was right next to the Ms. Pac-Man/Galaga Class of 1981. -

I was in the Minnapolas (sp?) airport and I saw an old centaped arcade machine, I had to stop and play it, no matter I might not make my flight. I got a coouple of younger onlookers, that ran off. I don't know if the went to get money or got bored but it was still an awsome find. -
Can you turn the light off on the blu so its better outside.

egdinger replied to MegaManFan's topic in Modern Console Discussion
Even though it came out before '97 can I nominate Flight of the Amazon Queen. It has terrible voice acting. You can play it for free now and find out, it's at www.scummvm.com -
Have you ordered from www.vglq.com before? How did it go?
