  1. What are your thoughts on the New Old Stock (NOS) that has been appearing lately. There are a lot of ColecoVision items appearing that look brand new, but are supposed to be old stock. Do you think this is really stock that has been in a box for 30 years or do you thing these are newly manufactured items. Thoughts?

  2. Looking for a CIB copy of Zippy Race in mint condition. This is another game that I could not justify the purchase of when it was released and am now filling gaps in the collection.

If you have an extra copy and would like to trade for something, let me know what you need and maybe we can help each other out.

  3. I know there will be a 2nd release of this game, but I want to fill a gap in my collection and I need the first version CIB mint condition. I unfortunately could not justify the purchase of this when it was first released, but now feel that I can.

  4. Please send me an IM if you have a set of Intellivision Orphan Overlays you would like to sell. I would need to know the version number, whether it is NEW or USED/OPENED, asking price, and pictures.

  5. The best dog-fighting experience I have had in video games was in Snoopy vs. The Red Baron on the PS2. Check out some videos for that. Had mountains with bridges to fly over or under, various planes, various weapons, and various environments. Granted that is too much for the ColecoVision, but it may give you some design ideas. It also allowed for multiple computer enemies to fight against with the same counter concept except instead of most to 10 it was most "kills" in 5, 10, or 15 minutes.

  6.

GnZ 2 is a new game , the following of the first one. The first want conclude by a "To be continued..." . I had planed originally the game as a trilogy. Not sure it will be. Gnz2 could conclude the story. We will see.

GnZ 1.5 is a re-worked version of Gnz . I'm not sure yet what i'm going to do with that version and if i will release one day. I wait to complete Gnz 2 then i will see with existing GnZ owner if they agree with my plan for Gnz 1.5.

Side note, I plan to do something special and exclusive for current Ghost'n Zombie owner . :).... teasing... ;)

Woohoo!!! Awesome that you are returning the support to the gamers that supported you in the beginning! So looking forward to this!!!!

  7. Funny how I had to blast you and risk looking like an [email protected] to get you to post and do what you should have months ago.

You must have been reading this thread all along secretly and just need enough discention to get you off your @ss and do the right thing.

    Too little too late IMO.

Of course you'll always have the @ss kissers that will give you a pass regardless of what you do.

Yurkie - That is a bit harsh as we do not yet know what caused Opcode to be away. I support both you and Eduardo, and I do not consider myself to be in the group as you defined it.

  8. I have been so focused on ColecoVision and Intellivision over the past few years that I completely missed out on these 2 games! :( If anyone has a copy of Stacker or General Re-Treat for the Atari 2600 please send me a PM with pictures and your asking price. I can pay through PayPal and have bought and sold many items on eBay (ID = Troy_Whelan) and here at Atari Age as well.

I just had a look at a YouTube video of the arcade game, and it seems to me like the NES would be a better platform for a home version of that game. Just my two cents. :)

Perhaps, but perhaps like all arcade games it could be converted for the ColecoVision. With all of the new technology available for developing and playing games now, it is possible to convert it and even look much like it would for the NES. Also, as Time Pilot was converted for the CV originally, it seems that Time Pilot '84 would have been made if the crash had not occurred. As long as I am speculating, perhaps a homebrew producer that is looking to market both CV games and NES games would be interested in converting Time Pilot '84 for both! :)

  11. Wow! That metal case is VERY impressive and completed so quickly too! Crazy Climber is extremely skilled. I truly hope that there will be a home-brew release that uses boxes like that as I am sure all of us are envious of Youki right now! :-D I am glad Youki is receiving that awesome gift, and also glad Youki now has motivation to create a follow up game! Who knows, maybe that follow up game would be the perfect candidate to use boxes like that.
