I made my own modifications to this, including changed text and a tweaked Pac-Man death animation. I kept the original Collection's ghosts.

I was messing around in paint.net and I realized a much more accurate version of Dig Dug is possible graphically, and I made a few mockups

Confirmed. Works perfectly under MAME "pacman Pac-Man (Midway)" set:

Ghost Monsters traverse around and near the area in a pattern endlessly, never attacking Pac-Man. Apologies for the lousy screen captures, but you get the idea of the where/how, and what transpires after you 'park':
