Emperor Karl appears to have contracted Sheev Palpatine Syndrome. Pick on the innocent much Karl? Don't give up JP. If you wish hard enough ....it might just come true. Oh shit John. Wrong wish mate. That was the .... "Death Wish".

Well. They don't sound too confident in that write-up. One license accounting for just over half of their revenue? Dependency = Alert Alert!

Yup. Definitely smells of month old cool-aid. The whole agenda appears to revolve around giving the board the powers needed to fiddle with their stocks and try and make some spondoolies to keep the company afloat or at least move towards a net gain.

Oh Forrest Phelan. 🙈🙉🙊🙄 It was a shoebox son! For those following Atari's financials and general company movers and shakers .... Information & proposed agenda regarding the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders So Freddy's getting a 3 year renewal of his term of office as Director. David Copperfield eat your heart out!

Spriggy replied to Vocelli's topic in 2600 High Score Club
Oink! - Game 1 B/B 1,372 Played on: Stella with keyboard Unfortunately unable to get time to play this at home, on the Vader and original cart. Had a very kwik game at work (Stella on a thumb drive) just for participation points only. 😥 -

Pressure Cooker - Game 1 B/B 106,410 Played on: Original 'Vader' (Batari S-Video mod). PAL cart. Happy with this. Will hang up my chef boots. Man this game gets you pinging. Good fun! My cx40 wrists are telling me off though. -
I was wondering what Ataco SA would do with the empty VCS shells, if/when Project Ashoebox goes kaflooey.....

Season 9 ~ Week 3 and 4 ~ Builders Delight
Spriggy replied to Vocelli's topic in 2600 High Score Club
Pressure Cooker - Game 1 B/B 50,600 Played on: Original 'Vader' (Batari S-Video mod). PAL cart. Busy again, so have 2 days to throw some scores down. What can I say. Awesome game. Haven't played it in ages. I find if I talk to myself, calling out the orders, I don't seem to get mixed up nowhere near as much. Missus heard me and was wondering who I was talking too. I said, "The burger king". (I know .. I know ) -
Wow. I heard rumors that Atari SA were starting a lobotomy service. It appears it wasn't a rumor. 🤨

+1. I use a s-video modded 2600 Vader and play/collect the carts, because my nostalgic self wants to. Simple. For all other systems, I use my Pi3 to play the other consoles. I still try and use an original controller via usb adapter where possible, again to feed by nostalgic side. Hijacking .. you can configure controller config per emulator core or even a single game (If that's what you mean that is) through the RGUI menu whilst in a game of your chosen emulator. (Select+X). Plenty of guides online and on youtube. EG. I use an original cx40 and usb adapter when playing 2600 games I don't have. The cx40 fire button was not mapped to the default Emulation Station controller configs. I went into a Atari 2600 game, then entered the RGUI menu via SELECT+X, then remapped my fire button to the correct one. This new mapping is now only relevant when I'm in the 2600 emulator core. I know it's been said before ... but in case Mr Weiner's having a read ... @Flojomojo 's comment is what this thread is about in a nutshell! Not aggressive trolling ..... Not whining (Unless your a pigeon, to which your fully entitled too imo. Mind you, I'd call it simply complaining.) .... just enthusiastic banter (with extra-gusto at times 😇), whilst enjoying a laugh amongst ourselves. Don't forget, this is the home of true Atari lovers. Without Albert and the crew, the legendary old Atari hardware & games would definitely not be getting as much attention, than if AA didn't exist. Fantastic homebrews (and the talented people behind said brews) for these old beasts would also be nowhere near as prevalent if AA was not around. So when a true Atari fan see's the Atari name once again linked to a shit-show circus, what do you bloody expect. *gets off soapbox*.

Classic Atari. Although I almost went with Tigervision. Always liked the look and feel.

Paranoid much? Ok. I think the horse pigeon has been whipped enuff. Maybe a sexy NSFW pic will help me digress .....

.. and Crazy Karl and Dr Wiener are part of the same 9 pigeons that are keeping Kleenex stocks at an all time high. 🙄

My God! 🙄

Some pics of items from the 2001 Classic Gaming Expo HERE shows a can of Yars Spray, with some text that says "A fine piece of Japanese kitsch. Yars Revenge Fly Spray!" So you can at least trace it back to 2001.

To late me thinks Beefy. Darth Phelan turned to the dark side along time ago!
