From my 80's memory ... It's a toss up between completing Fahrenheit 451 or Bard's Tale I. Both took a year or two, on and off. God bless grid paper for mapping the Bard's Tale levels!

Nice analogy 😁 Plus .. the sugar is not really sugar, just looks like it. The water is "borrowed" from next-doors tap, unbeknownst to them. The cups are cheap imports and the Lemonade Stand itself is made from chipboard. If you do decide to purchase a lemonade from them, the cup is not included .. so your forced to buy the cup as well. And don't get me started if you buy said lemonade, but it taste's like orange juice (concentrate of course), because you won't get a refund! Oh .. and then you have the crazy Atari Lemonade Stand pigeons, perched all over the dang thing.

My god ... JP makes my head hurt! I can respectfully understand why some people think this, if I try and put myself in their shoes. Different people, different strokes. IMO, the world just needs to harden up, in certain areas, nowadays. From my perspective, I've been in law enforcement for over 23 years. Been called every name under the sun, abused, sent to hospital and yet happily come back for more. There are a lot worse things out in society we should be focusing on. Hence, I personally find these jovial and in some cases juvenile retorts harmless. If I don't like a movie I'm watching because I find it offensive, I just don't watch it. That's why I'm not on any social media. Sorry for digressing, just felt compelled to comment for some unknown reason. Now hoping "the one who knocks" doesn't kick my ass for bringing up PC stuff. 😇🌮 Soz.

Mascot huh?

Extreme Tech posted their thoughts on the Atacobox. Not as straightforward as The Register, however still highlighting the obvious with more of a head-scratching attitude. Atari Wants to Build a Raspberry Pi for the Living Room

A simple picture that speaks a thousand tacos 🌮 A picture that evokes emotions from both ends of the scale. You look at the 4 switch Woody and you just smile and reminisce. You look at the other thing ... and you just shake your head. One trying to ride off the back of another simply for $$$, doing the original no justice!

Champ Games started a hockey game (CHAMPionship Hockey) back in 2003 but haven't worked on it since, but we are planning on finishing it using CDF at some point soon, hopefully next year! Here are some screen shots we posted on our Facebook page a while back. If it catches on and people are interested, we would consider making other Champ Sports titles such as Baseball, Football, Basketball, Soccer, Bowling, etc. '10 Yard Fight' port? Classic game!

Took a break from 2600 cart hunting for months, but back into it now. Picked up the only orginal title HES did. 'My Golf' from 1990. Cart like new.

Another article with all the garble, however quite a few links all on one page. Go HERE at your own risk

If that yoke is solid, I'd have a look at it for sure. I have a Mame machine plus others, but you cannot give these legendary vector games justice without the yoke.

Some other 2600 MP gems we enjoy, when the lads are knocking back some golden throat charmers @ my place ... Demons to Diamonds Maze Craze (a hoot!) MotoRodeo

The 8gb version should find Cantina's as well.

So the project is still technically at prototype stage ... with the pigeons not seeing any actual working physical gear. The new "Next Exciting Chapter" announcement was just made within the last 24 hours, with a shitload of valid questions being thrown at the wall without reply .... and at the same time, they post this saying the page will no longer be updated, all funds are now locked to Atacobox development and the pigeons can no longer ask for a refund or change their orders ...... even though it appears they're not actually 100% sure what their orders may contain, both in substance and technical specifications. In fact, some pigeons may not even be aware of this update yet. Wow! Damn. Looks like someone used his head as a pan to cook a couple of eggs!

Damn! What did I wake up to?

Because Tacos. Yeh right!

What qualifies as a collection?
Spriggy replied to Rick Dangerous's topic in Classic Console Discussion
Yup. I have a collection of shot glasses on a mantle piece. They are displayed as such. However, I never collected them .... they were gifted from different people in their worldly travels. I just placed them together for all to see, as a collection. I'm not a collector in this case. Come to think of it. In my primary school days, in the late 70's to early 80's, I had ... well .... a collection of assorted boogers under my wooden school desk. Not all were mine, that being said, they were still a collection. ... Or if I follow Flojo's definitions, a "hoard" of boogers. In this case, although I made an occasional habit to add to the hoard, I also don't see myself as a collector in this case, because I had no wish to show them off, play with them or set up a database for them on the TRS-80. I was just a curator. IMO obviously.
