The Golden Cartridge

Alright so the other day my power adapter died on me and originally I didn't bother to check it first so I tried a bunch of stuff until I seen that. In this process the power switch was flipped on and off a bunch of times in a fast session so it's a bit loose. Also in this time the console's power switch was left on the on position though with no power to it. Today I got a the power adapter fixed but with a third-party source and this had to be cut and connected to the old one (for the correct end plug). It works and does provide power to the system but 22 of my games aren't functioning correctly. Their colors are all changed and the game I had in the system during a this isn't a glitchy mess. I also had the system plugged up for like 2 hours before I tried to play it (after I fixed it). I would love it if someone knew what's up
