as per my last post I am collecting an abundance of atari 2600 games, (even if I only have 53) but here they are in all their glory! this is every loose cart I own in my collection all in one case these three carts are doubles I have of loose games, the joust I bought a new one because of it's condition, star raiders I think I own 3 copies of, 1 in my collection, 1 double, and 1 CIB. as for atlantis, the hunt for Atlantis II is a struggle.

so, I want to try and make an atari game, I have an entire idea set in my mind, but I have one major problem, I have absolutely no idea what to do. My programming knowledge is limited to an hour a day for 6 months doing 5 projects in a grade 11 visual basic computer programming course last year. so I need some help if I want to figure this out, does anyone have anything they can give to help me out. programs I should use? knowledge I should know? tech I should buy? anything would be very helpful

can someone explain oystron to me? I can't understand how people get higher scores in it, I play for 20-30 mins and get 2000 points, I don't know how to use bombs and don't understand when the bar fills and the lights flash why I almost always die by the star dude. Any help will be greatly appreciated

currently I am working on collecting every 1 rarity and 2 rarity game, but the games are all i really collect, if it happens to come with a box or manual so be it, but it doesn't normally stay in the box unless I buy it sealed, but I only have 2 games SIB. I don't really collect hardware, I have 1 atari 2600, 2 controllers a set of paddles and a star raiders control pad, but I don't see myself getting much else for it any time soon

oystron 5090 don't have a picture for this one, I reset too quickly, will try to beat it and get a picture of that one

wall jump ninja - 61 finally found out what the ninja bonus is, also, I was so close to 1st lead - 933 still don't really like this game, I find the movement of the enemies to be a little odd, mostly in the dodge level. oystron - 3130 honestly, I don't even know how to win or lose at this game, all I know if pink squares give points

BONUS: I would make a story driven game, kind of like Hunchy, but with a bit more than just jumps and avoiding enemies, I would try and implement boss battles into the mix and maybe even have a very well hidden easter egg in it, like in adventure. idk, I don't have a very creative mind, but something like that

yea, I have the system but no game and no harmony cart, so im stuck to PC emulations

Crystal Castles - 46,774 not sure how, but this happened, I honestly hate trying to play this game on a computer emulator and using a keyboard. it is horrible

honestly, I feel like photos should be mandatory for anything that would be a top 5 score. What comes to mind is the scoreboards for Speedrun.com, which is a site I use a lot. Most games on there will need you to have video proof of your run no matter what, others will need proof for anything below a certain time. Still, I post my photo's and videos no matter how bad they are, but that option isn't up to me, so really do what you like.

chuckwagon - 933 a few things I don't like and think should have been different with this game: there is no way to gain extra lives as far as I have seen. when frozen if you are hit again, your freeze timer resets, so you can be frozen for an entire level. slow moving, just a thing I dislike, not a problem with it, but I don't like how slow you move. Still, it is a fun game when you aren't frozen for almost a full minute, might play it again to top 1,000, might not.

still can't get my He-man to work, the emulator just keeps running a fuzzy image over and over, tried to get video but I can't put it onto this site, so Ican't really show what it looks like, but it doesn't let me do anything no matter how many commands I put in

looks like the bonus points are all Im getting this time.......... He-man won't work for me.

BONUS POINTS! my favorite show growing up was Pokemon, which sounds kind of childish, but I was a child, I don't know why I liked it so much, but I did and still do to this day. Maybe it was because I had a very large interest in the card game that kept my interest with the show alive.

a few questions about this machine if anyone here can help me out. my local arcade has this machine and no one there has gotten a high score on it that is worth while other than 1 guy, I want to top him since I am #2. I would like to know the best point strategy for the machine. Also, if anyone knows what will happen if you turn the score than that would be great, thanks.
