how do you get to the next level on Enduro? I am playing it for the HSC, but I cannot progress, I have gotten 111.0 points and was in 2nd place, but nothing happened, it just ended.

I am new to the community, not so much to collecting *cough* 14 consoles *cough*. but I am not so good at estimating prices on older games. currently I have struck a deal to get 7 games for $35.
