Thanks for the lead.
I sent him an e-mail and will keep you posted on what happens.
I had another lead in the marketplace forum, but it looks like the person who had a copy got rid of it.
Thanks again !

Just called there and he's checking to see if he still has it.
Thanks for the lead.
I will let you know how it pans out.

I just officially added the TI99/4a to my collection.
By official, I mean it is now plugged in and can be played
with the rest.
I have noticed that the market (ebay anyway) doesn't ever have
that many games listed. And if they do, they are the same 5 or 6 titles over and over again. (Like Combat, PacMan, Asteroids for Atari 2600.)
I have been looking for a game called Bigfoot for a while now. I had it as a kid, and thanks to a lot of you here, I have re-discovered it.
Unfortunately, now I desperately want to play it again. I posted in the marketplace but thought this forum may provide better assistance.
HELP ! !

This is a rediculous long shot, but I was wondering if anyone had
Bigfoot for the TI99/4A.
I have been looking for a while now.
It was one of my favorites and there isn't much of a market online for TI99 games.

They replied to me too and said basically the same thing.
I was amazed that I got a personal response. Nice.
She told me that their next step after SNES and NES would be Atari 2600.
They have the design work done for the 2600 joysticks and are just waiting to see how well their SNES and NES sell before moving to atari.
They also said the molds for a 5200 controller are very expensive so they would have to at least wait until they broke even before moving on to this project.
She also said they have gotten a large response lately on the 5200
She closed by saying something to the effect that if the SNES and NES do well they will continue making lots of different controllers for old systems.

Loose is fine.
I have about 15 - 20 boxes, and I have an incredible respect for anyone who collects games AND boxes.
I have a hard enough time getting the rarer carts loose. I couldn't imagine trying to get the boxes too. Maybe someday.... but probably not

11,150 on the emulator, but I will play again later.
First time I ever played the game.
-
33,275
This is the first time I played a game long enough to make my
hand hurt since I was 12 years old.
-
I have been trying to get a loose Cosmic Commuter and Rampage
forever.
They are wiley and elusive.

Don't know the name, but I can tell you where.
Right after you leave the coast on Rte. 1 North.
Eventually you will pass a Home Depot (on your left)
About half a mile past that on your left is a thrift store / Consignment shop.
I got a few commons I was missing for my 2600 and two loose vectrex carts. (berzerk and web wars)
Great store, but I think I cleaned them out. At least I hope I did

A few miles south of that, there was an auction / flea market place too.
I didn't stop there.
-
I checked my map program for a Jones Ave. before leaving and there was none so I never bothered looking.
I figured it was just some kid desperately trying his best to be funny.
Sort of along the lines of 'Is your fridge running?'
There was a great thrift store farther north in deleware that had a lot of good finds, but it was past the beaches on our way home.

I agree with Nova.
There are lots of places you can get the real thing
for under $50 with those games. (minus sabateur)
And as people have stated before, hasn't this been done to death?
http://www.jakkstvgames.com/atari.html
And for more than half the price?
You can buy the Atari Joystick with 10 games from Jakks
and the Activision joystick from Jakks and have just as many games and
an extra $10 in your pocket.

33 and a half.
-
Thanks !
I will definitely stop there.

Heading to Ocean City Maryland for a little end of summer vacation.
Does anyone know of any thrift stores or anyplace that may have some Atari items down there ?
-
Welcome !
If movies count, there are plenty.
Aliens, ET, Porky's, Gremlins, Star Wars, etc.
Not directly related to products, but close enough.

I have plugged my supercharger into the headphone jacks of cd-walkmen, cassette walkmen, and boom boxes and it has always fit without any issues at all. Are you sure you're plugging it into a headphone jack and not a microphone jack ? Remember you want the audio going out, not in.

Put this in the marketplace
http://www.atariage.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=56831
but was hoping it may get some more exposure here in the 5200 forum.
