haven't seen this site before. Lots of fun. Thanks !

I am fairly certain these came with games as I had one as a kid that my brother and I kept our scores in. I was able to come across one in a bunch of Atari stuff I got at a tag sale. I was excited to find one not written in. The reason I say it had to come with a game is because I don't think my brother or myself would have ever sent away to get something like that. The green one in the photo above I have never seen before.

Really nice, basically mint 4 switch atari w/ 50 games Master System w/ box and games SNES w/ games NES w/ 20 games Gameboy Gameboy advanced etc. http://search.ebay.com/_W0QQgotopageZ1QQsa...osortpropertyZ1

I would do Canada, but shipping would be actual cost as opposed to what I listed.

http://search.ebay.com/_W0QQgotopageZ1QQsa...osortpropertyZ1 The 4 switch atari is in fantastic shape. It's like new.

It was one of the firts "rare" carts I ever got so I played it a lot. The more you play it, the better it gets. Fast paced and fun.

I agree that it seems very suspicious. However, if he sends a personal check, wouldn't you wait for the check to clear before sending the game? To not wait for the check to clear would be foolish. Once the check clears, the $ is yours, no ? I don't know what the big deal would be about getting a cert. check though, and that's what sounds very odd. Did he give you a reason?

I did just about everything and did not use a guide book. All the dolls All the demon doors Had 4 wives including the lovely mayor. Owned a house in every town and one shop as well Found 17 keys, so the chest in the guild is still shut I pulled the sword out of the stone. (To do so, health, strength and toughness have to be maxed.) I played through as a good guy (for the most part) and had a nice happy halo at the end. So basically I did everything I could find to do and my time at the end was 23 hours. A little short for an RPG, that's for sure, but still very fun. I will be playing again as pure evil and I can't wait.

Thanks Lonesome ! It worked out great. He's sending me Bigfoot today. That's a great site. Lots of goodies.

Thanks for the lead. I sent him an e-mail and will keep you posted on what happens. I had another lead in the marketplace forum, but it looks like the person who had a copy got rid of it. Thanks again ! -Steve

Just called there and he's checking to see if he still has it. Thanks for the lead. I will let you know how it pans out.

I just officially added the TI99/4a to my collection. By official, I mean it is now plugged in and can be played with the rest. I have noticed that the market (ebay anyway) doesn't ever have that many games listed. And if they do, they are the same 5 or 6 titles over and over again. (Like Combat, PacMan, Asteroids for Atari 2600.) I have been looking for a game called Bigfoot for a while now. I had it as a kid, and thanks to a lot of you here, I have re-discovered it. Unfortunately, now I desperately want to play it again. I posted in the marketplace but thought this forum may provide better assistance. HELP ! !

This is a rediculous long shot, but I was wondering if anyone had Bigfoot for the TI99/4A. I have been looking for a while now. It was one of my favorites and there isn't much of a market online for TI99 games.

They replied to me too and said basically the same thing. I was amazed that I got a personal response. Nice. She told me that their next step after SNES and NES would be Atari 2600. They have the design work done for the 2600 joysticks and are just waiting to see how well their SNES and NES sell before moving to atari. They also said the molds for a 5200 controller are very expensive so they would have to at least wait until they broke even before moving on to this project. She also said they have gotten a large response lately on the 5200 She closed by saying something to the effect that if the SNES and NES do well they will continue making lots of different controllers for old systems.

Loose is fine. I have about 15 - 20 boxes, and I have an incredible respect for anyone who collects games AND boxes. I have a hard enough time getting the rarer carts loose. I couldn't imagine trying to get the boxes too. Maybe someday.... but probably not

11,150 on the emulator, but I will play again later. First time I ever played the game.
-
33,275 This is the first time I played a game long enough to make my hand hurt since I was 12 years old.

I have been trying to get a loose Cosmic Commuter and Rampage forever. They are wiley and elusive.

Don't know the name, but I can tell you where. Right after you leave the coast on Rte. 1 North. Eventually you will pass a Home Depot (on your left) About half a mile past that on your left is a thrift store / Consignment shop. I got a few commons I was missing for my 2600 and two loose vectrex carts. (berzerk and web wars) Great store, but I think I cleaned them out. At least I hope I did A few miles south of that, there was an auction / flea market place too. I didn't stop there.

I checked my map program for a Jones Ave. before leaving and there was none so I never bothered looking. I figured it was just some kid desperately trying his best to be funny. Sort of along the lines of 'Is your fridge running?' There was a great thrift store farther north in deleware that had a lot of good finds, but it was past the beaches on our way home.
