    Beyond Good and Evil was just released.

    This is one of the greatest games ever made. A complete sleeper and it is on my top 10 favorite games ever. Modern day Zelda game meets Pokemon Snap. All redone in HD. Do not miss this one

     

    Stacking is another brilliant and unique game by Tim Schafer

     

    Limbo is a must play. Unique, challenging, creepy, and very fun. Images will stick with you forever. The sound (or lack of it) sets an unbelievably somber atmosphere. this is the Radiohead of video games.

     

    Shadow Complex is a fantastic game. Reminds me of Flashback mushed together with Old School Metal Gear Solid, but completely modernized. Brilliant game.

     

    Braid is another game not to be missed. Another completely unique game. Fantastic puzzles to figure out and the time control features are really fun.

     

    PacMan CE is amazing. A game you can't stop playing. A "just one mor time" game that will keep you up all night. A whole new way to play pacman. Fast paced twitch game that is a pure adrenaline rush from start to finish.

    I think this gen is great. Mass Effect, Gear of War, Dragon Age, Oblivion, Fallout, Halo, Uncharted 2, Zelda on Wii, Bioshock, Batman Arkham Assylum, Red Dead Redemption, Assassin's Creed, Heavy Rain, Super Marion Galaxy, Fable, Call of Duty, etc.

     

    Great games coming like Portal 2, LA Noire, Crysis 2, Deus Ex, new Zelda, Last guardian, Batman Arkham Assylum 2, coming soon,

     

    I think as some people grow older, they become more jaded and nostalgic about what they think is good. Then there is the other extreme (me) who are 40 but will still be grabbing the 3DS at launch because if it's video games, and it's new, I must have it, and I will find a way to love it. I think the added peripherals of this gen made for some fun party games too. Kinect is fun when people come over, and wii has been the party / everybody can play system since launch. I am loving this gen.

     

    But hell, I love every gen... :lust:

     

    Atari is my youth.

    Nintendo is my teens

    Genesis / SNES is my college years

    Saturn / N64 was that weird time between college and officially growing up. Roomates, illegal activity and Mario Kart made up many a Saturday.

    PS1 / Dreamcast when I finally grew up and got married

    Xbox and PS2 living the DINK life

    360 PS3 and Wii family, house, playing with the kids.

     

    It's AAAAALLLL good.

    This isn't a soft mod hack, this is wwwaayyy bigger. They have the key. It's over. No system has been destroyed like this since the Dreamcast. Owners of a PS3 will not have to do anything to their systems to play "backed up copies". Burn it and play it. There is no firmware fix. They can't flash the bios, and change anything. It's the freakin' encryption key. The only way around it is to recall and replace every system, or rush out a PS4 for next year. And even then, the entire library of PS3 games just became free to all the pirates in the world.

     

    There can't be any more egg on your face than losing your encryption key to the public. I can promise you Sony is in panic mode.

    There are quite a few to choose from but i was not keen on quite a few of the early Atari and i do not think some types of sport can be simulated very well with such poor tech-spec.Lets face it ET and Pacman are far from the worst games its just people felt dissapointed and cheated after what were simply rushed jobs but i would rarther play either than Tic Tac Toe icon_smile.gif

    Here is just a few off the top of my head:-

     

    Tunnel Runner

     

    HOW DAAAAAAAAAREEE YOU SIR ! ! ! HOW DARE YOU ! ! !

     

    LOCK THE THREAD ! !

     

    Banned for life! Banned for life I say ! ! ! Where are the moderators?!?!?! BLASPHEMY ! ! !

     

    Tunnel Runner is quite simply the best Atari game there is. It is brilliant. That is all!

    I love Air Lock. It's all kinds of fun and has a great victory screen.

     

     

    Karate is undebateable as the worst game ever made for any system. Just because the people are big means nothing. It is unplayable. It is broken. It is ugly. It serves no purpose. It is pointless. It is a disaster. If you think there is a worse game than Karate it only means you haven't played Karate. Rule one of Karate, don't play Karate. I'm on a boat. Look at the Atari, look at me, look at Karate. It's an abomination against God.
