Never heard of it before this post. Sounds interesting.
If you've played picross, it's a really fascinating new spin on the whole thing. If you've played picross it will be really easy to pick up. The game seems like it should be incredibly complicate, or wonky, or even impossible to understand, but it is amazingly intuitive and once you "get it" it becomes un-put-down-able.

If you haven't played picross, what they hell are you doing on AtariAge? Go get Picross!

I love picross anyway, but this freakin' game is absolutely brilliant. I dare you to play for less than an hour. A double dare you.
I TRIPLE DOG DARE YOU !
-
PM for Atlantis, Human Cannonball and Homerun please!
-
I have only played one. GTA:SA
That's it!
-
And then there were two...
-
Wait....how did I miss that??
You can probably find the 360 version for like $10
Don't mind older games especially at a good deal.
I think if you DO mind older games, we would have to kick you off AA !

-
I'm completely convinced. I think it looks brilliant. Can't wait.
Great release day. Alan Wake (finally!), Red Dead Revolver and Prince of Persia back the way it should be all on the same day. Can't wait. I think Red Dead Revolver may be game of the year material, but we'll see.
Gun was cool and I didn't hate Call of Juarez, but this looks to be WAY beyond those.
These clips should change anyone's mind who is still on the fence. I don't know how anyone can watch these two videos and not make a poop with excitement for this one...

Yep.
So if I see one loose, I guess I should just buy it and take the chance every time (as long as its cheap).

I'm sure there are already people who test every Atlantis cart they get their hands on for this very reason.

..Al
Always have and always will. Always buy every Atlantis cart at tag sales, flea markets, thrifts, etc. 10 years and no luck.

Well I definitely need Universal Chaos, so I will take that if CPU doesn't claim it as he was here first.
-
Splinter Cell Conviction.
I loves me my Sam Fisher.

One down three to go!
Lots more 360 games to add to the trade list.

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHH ! ! !

It's true, this should be in the Atari 2600 forum because it is easily as important as finding the Air Raid box and solving one of the biggest mysteries in Atari 2600 history.
Just like the uniqueness of the Air Raid auction, I have never ever ever seen overpriced Atari items on Ebay before. (I saw it on craigslist once though, but I have no proof. Ah well.) This is a find that we should all be discussing and paying attention to. Ha ha ha ha ha. An overpriced auction for Atari stuff. I haven't found this news story for this auction on home page of CNN yet, but it's still early. The media just probably hasn't seen it yet. Get ready for this all important Atari 2600 find to GET CA-RAZY ! ! !
Sorry... couldn't resist... I'll be good now... I promise...

Air Raid mania has set in! Lock up your daughters!
I posted the fun youtube video of the auction on my facebook page and now I have a girl at work telling me she is sure she has a copy of it and is bringing it in to show me all her games tomorrow.
You know I'm going to get an Asteroids, a combat, a Frogger missing the label and Pac Man, but what the hell, right?
(Hey Al, did CNN have to tell yo uthey were using that picture?)
-
And now the big time press gets the story...

Atari on CNN = the awesomeness.

Nice Jose. Congrats. I am thrilled that an AAer got it, and I am even happier it's you. When you open the museum I will be first in line.
Finally, something to replace Yankeemania as the crown jewel of your collection.

31K ! ! ! ! !
WOW !
Great day for Atari!
This should bring Atari some nice press!
-
As a consolation prize, I am willing to sell my CIB Air Raiders for 1/10 of the final price of this auction.
-
Will trade for Atari stuff or...
These are the same seats I had last year.
Second to last row, between home plate and third base.
Tickets are $28 each ($56 for the pair) - This is season ticket face value + tax and whatever other crap they charge

Getting my popcorn ready to watch the end of this one tonight.
It's the Superbowl of Atari collecting. We probably won't see anything like this again for a long long long long time.
Truly one of the biggest Atari mysteries has been uncovered. Next up, let's uncover that landfill!

-
Adding a GBA SP to the list with 7 games and instructions (pokemon, yoshi, mario, pacman, golden sun, harry potter, etc) , carrying case, charger, car charger, wireless adapter.
-
The correct answer is Tunner Runner!
(C'mon. It's the first time I said it all year! Cut me some slack...)

Work is making me... well... work. Stupid working.
I still check in every day.
Boxes are nice, but loose carts are swell too. And yes, I just need the pretty picture labels. Once I get these I finish my Sears collection. And like in Portal where there is no cake and in The Matrix where there is no spoon, I will continue to tell myself there is no Sears Superman Picture Label.
(Or Atlantis 2, because if there was that mean my Imagic collection wouldn't be complete and I KNOW that can't be true..)
Oh and now I have a 7800 system and a bunch of games for that as well.
I also have a ton of 7800 loose boxes with no carts.
I have a bunch of lynx stuff too.
COME ON PEOPLE! HOOK MY AS UP !

It's going to be a fun week...

Thank Buddha for GameFly.
Anyone else picking any of these up? Which to play first?
