Xot, that's some good gift gettin' ! I think KOTOR is one of the best RPG's out there, but I also love Star Wars so it's a great combo for me. Getting KOTOR 2 for xmas. Fable (while short) is another great RPG that you shouldn't miss. Also, if you are a SERIOUS rpg-er, you could lose months of your life to Morrowind. Another great RPG. Argueably the best. Not RPG great Xbox games: Driving: Burnout 3 or Project Gotham racing 2 FPS : HALO and HALO 2 of course. Ghost Recon 2 or any Tom Clancy game for that matter are much better on Xbox than any other system. This also goes for Prince of Persia. If you haven't played this yet, it is one of my highest recomendations. (whatever that is worth) Topspin Tennis is a lot of fun too. Check out Xbox live too. It is one of the highlights of the system.

That is pretty friggin' cool. Nice find! I am so jealous it hurts. I would love to have Rampage. Games that let you continue seem like they may get old quicker though, since you can play forever. Who cares though ! Just to have those would be great. Congrats.

Sold mine this weekend for $58 with only 6 carts. I was pretty happy with that price. SNES systems always sell well for some reason. That's huge. Congrats ! Just got to 300 recently myself. It starts to get so much harder then when you first start off. Instead of getting 10 carts a week, I feel lucky if I get 5 new ones in a month now.

I guess any 8, 9 or 10 would be the hardest to get, but I don't actively try. I just hope to run across one at a tag sale or flea market, or buried in an ebay auction (like my wall ball). So far, I've been lucky 3 times in that area. But the hardest game I have actively searched for is Road Runner. I have been close twice, and it's a game I really want. I guess now I know how Wile E. Coyote feels. Cosmic Commuter was a pain, but I was finally able to get it through a trade. (thanks mvigor!)

No dreams, but after playing Halo 2 online and then going to bed, I find it hard to fall asleep. There are other games that stick with you too long afterwards... I remember in 1989, I played Tetris so much that everything I saw looked like a tetris piece. Playing Project Gotham racing and then getting into your car is never a smart idea. And now with Katamari Damacy, I see random objects in the real world and wonder how big my Katamari would have to be to pick it up.

I thought the game was pretty smurfy in the 80's. I still like it now, but not as smurfy as I thought it was back in the day -As a side note, when we were kids, my brother and I would watch the smurfs and die laughing because we pretended that whenever they said 'smurf' it was to replace a swear. My parents either thought we were nuts or that we just REALLY found the smurfs to be amusing.

Dell has a 2.4ghz Celeron for $343 w/out monitor. 40 gb HD, 256 RAM, DVD drive, CD RW, keyboard and mouse. They have a free printer deal now too I think, and free two day shipping.
