I got it fixed. Some of the ram chips were loose and were reseated, and some thermal paste was added as it was overheating. All is good now.

It starts out fine, and then about 10-15 minutes into playing it freezes with a scrambled screen, start - pause -reset buttons on controller stop working and it needs to be shut off. Power supply possibly?

Yes numerous games have the same issue. I have a second system, which is a 2 port which the same games play fine.

Hello, I have a 4-port that after about 20 minutes of play, the screen scrambles, freezes and makes a humming noise.

Attached is a screen shot of Pac-Man when the system locks up.

 

 

Any ideas or experience with this? Any thoughts are appreciated.
