Thanks everyone I appreciate all your input, each post is helping me decide what I want to end up purchasing.
Off-topic - as far as looks go I really have a thing for the telegames version, I love the look of the funky wood paneling :-)

Just out of curiosity and wanting to hear from the experienced veterans in the forums, out of the different versions of the 2600 is there one you've found to be the most (or least) reliable through out the decades? Heavy sixer, 4 switch, vader, Jr, telegames, 7800, Coleco add-on, etc.?
I just own a 4 switch and it's been really good to me through out the years, no problems! I wouldn't mind picking up a back-up console but wanted to hear what your guys opinions were on reliability of the different versions. Thank you!

I found the thread Nevermind!I remember someone on here was selling an awesome multicart, John Hancock showcased it on his YouTube channel. Thanks everyone

I'm completely new to the console, anyone know of the manual that came with it that I could find online, perhaps printable, so I can figure out all these dang button configurations!

After thinking about purchasing the console for a long time, I managed to finally get one on eBay recently, which led to my next observation:
Have Studio 2 game gone up in price in the last year or so? It seems not that long ago you could find most game on eBay for reasonable prices, and as of today there's few listings and they're all pretty "high". I did manage to purchase a CIB copy of tennis for only $12.50 though, but it seems like more of the games were around that price not long ago.
Also do homebrew Studio 2 games ever pop up in the AA store or anywhere else online? I remember someone on here was selling an awesome multicart, John Hancock showcased it on his YouTube channel. Thanks everyone

I've actually got the Captain N complete dvd set here which is oddly something that appears to be popular so it costs a bit.
2 listings at $100.00 on eBay currently, I'd say so!
I would love to check out any every DK cartoon!
