Cheap, nice 27" CRT @ Walmart for classic gaming
Lemmi replied to wood_jl's topic in Classic Console Discussion
Ive been using a Samsung 27" TV since 1999 bought it new from ABC warehouse for $260 (i got them down to that from the original price of $430) i told the sales guy i really like this TV as it had AV ports on the front and back and i only have $280 on me what kind of deal can you give me i walked out broke but i had a new TV to replace the 20" RCA i was using since 1990 just last year i opened up the back of it to see how dirty the insides were and OMG i couldnt see much of anything but dust .. lol so i took some canned air and cleaned it up, i dont want dust to make things hotter than they should be and blow up, like my original 15 inch computer monitor did because of the dirt inside it, well i dont know if dirt killed it as it could have been the almost 2 straight years it was on because i was hooked on Everquest -

Ship to US Only--what to do when BIN hit by someone outside US?
Lemmi replied to Albert's topic in Auction Central
thanks for this thread as i didnt have mine set at all ive had a few international bidders wanting to bid so i said it was ok (one from Brazil and 4 from Austrailia) and none of them actually bid on the items they were interested in so after that i keep saying NO when anyone asks now. this week i had the same guy ask 3 times if i would ship to brazil on the same item, i dont think he understood the word NO in the 2nd reply so i blocked him incase he bid anyway - he had 0 feedback and the account was made in 2001 -

Lemmi replied to doubledown's topic in Classic Console Discussion

Question about setting up "automated" search on eBay
Lemmi replied to Albert's topic in Auction Central
Great, thanks, I've never used that before. Just setup the searches I need. Do you have any idea of how quickly you receive emails from eBay when items matching your search terms are listed? Thanks, ..Al eBay sends an email out every 24 hours. I believe the first one that they send is the day after you sign up. eww 24 hours the way it sounds Albert wants close to instant notification when something is listed (if thats possible) -

Question about setting up "automated" search on eBay
Lemmi replied to Albert's topic in Auction Central
no clue about automated programs but if you save the item you searched for in your favorite searches you can sign up for emails when an item pops up man those searches are 5 years old on mine .. lol -
from the sounds of it that forum has an unwritten rule (or written, not sure i never been there before) about re-sellers and it seems alot of members like that i dont have a problem with re-sellers if i did i couldnt deal with most people here
