  1. Any ideas? I just found the master system 1 including 7 games for 10€ (I had the MS2) and I'd like to know how much it's worth segamastersystem.com is gone (??) so I have no idea where to look
  2. Don't forget BUMP 'N JUMP! Pretty fast paced and incredibly fun
  3. Sorry to ask this probably silly question but what's a hex disc? BTW congrats
  4. What does 'pirated cart' mean? Somebody copied it somehow and put another label on it and sold it or something ?_?
  5. Well, it has about 30-40 modes (didn't bother to count) including: Tanks battle on an empty screen, tanks battle on a screen with some objects, invisible tanks which become visible when firing, airplanes battling 1 on 1, airplanes battling 2 on 2, heli's, 3 heli's vs a very big plane and some more. I was wondering about the strange name though :S
  6. I have this combat cartridge (at least I presume it's combat, it's a 2 player game where you fight eachother with tanks, helicopters or airplanes) but the label says 'Combett' and shows an image of tanks airplanes and ufo's and some explosions I believe. It's a PAL cartridge. Anybody know anything about it?
  7. What I mean is: Thanks for bringing this game up So I remember it again
  8. Yes, crossbow is a really fun game I don't entirely understand the level progression though but I'm gonna look it up right away !! Thanks for remembering me
  9. It are DD floppies but formatted differently so his pc can't handle them without an emulator; or so he says anyway
  10. My uncle has a 1040 and he was looking for ways to make his old floppy's work in a 'normal' computer. He tried some emulators but they weren't really that great, so I was wondering if any of you guys could help out?
  11. What would be the best source to read things about this console? And how much would one cost? I'm getting pretty interested in Sega Consoles lately (mostly master system and game gear) but I can't seem to find anything related
  12. Please resize the big picture It totally screws up the forum size and I haven't read your (I'm sure nice) article because of it. It's too annoying to scroll all the time to read a line
  13. WHOOO I wish I had an edit button. I would like to add that I have a JR. Pac-man cart which is terribly banged up (parts broken off etc) but it works perfectly, so this is the reason I posted this Curious.
  14. I've heard atari carts could handle a lot of stress but I'm convinced they can't live forever. When you're at a fleamarket or something similar and you find one of them (or more, whatever), of course you look at the label and stuff but are there any visual indications the cart doesn't work anymore? Of course, broken off connectors would screw your cart over but anything else? NES games often make a rattling sound when you shake them but otherwise it's unseeable if they work or not.
  15. Bump 'n Jump is pretty fun. Also don't forget road runner =] it's great
