I never ended up getting anywhere with paypal.(isn't that surprising) I don't think the seller intended to screw me, but I am out $130 regardless. Hopefully nothing happened to him, but I haven't had any luck with pm'ing nim or emailing him. I was unable to get an address or number for him, so no way to contact him by other means. I didn't notice he hadn't logged in since the 8th of January, so something may very well have happened to him. I will be keeping an eye on that, and if I do notice that he logs in, I will than pursue trying to recover the money I sent. Until than, I've chalked it up as a loss. (What else can I do?) If anyone on here knows him well, or has his contact info., I'd appreciate the chance to talk with him and try to resolve this matter, but I'm not holding my breath.

Did you ever receive the Ipod? I had also paid for it with an echeck about 15 minutes before you did. Once you made an instant payment he came up with a story that he had made a deal with you first, and needed to honor it. All that aside, he was supposed to refund my payment once it cleared, and i haven't heard from him since! He hasn't logged on here, no answer to emails, and did not respond to a claim I made with paypal. paypal found in my favor today, but replied that he didn't have the funds in his account to refund me the money. I didn't believe he was trying to rip me off at 1st, but now knowing he cleaned out all his funds, It's obvious he didn't intend on refunding me my money. Anyway, if anyone knows any of his personal info. (home phone, address) I'd appreciate it. I do not intend to just let this guy walk away with my money without me doing everything possible to get it back.

Comes with all paperwork and software that was originally with it, including the recovery disc(unopened) to bring it back to factory specs. I was gonna do it, but decided to let the buyer decide whether they wanted to or not. Still has the protective plastic on the top, to keep it from getting scratched. This is a great laptop, and I hate to get rid of it, but I can;'t afford to keep it and buy another one for my girlfriend. This originally cost $1,200, I'd like to get $800 plus shipping for it, but will take serious offers. Shipping will be actual, but I do require the buyer to purchase insurance and delivery confirmation. It will be shipped in it's original box, and shouldn't weigh more than 5 lbs.(The laptop itself is only 4.1lbs.) Need to get rid of this ASAP, trying to raise some quick cash for a few last minute gifts. The xbox works great. Comes with all the hookups, but the power cord is actually not the right one, it was shaved to fit the system. It is the correct voltage, and powers up the system fine. I was just too cheap to go buy a new replacement. Also comes with a controller, and of course the 36 games! 35 of them come complete with all of their cases and manuals and all are in good to excellent condition. the last one is just the disc, but is also in very good condition. Seriously, I just figured all the games being boxed with instructions, would make them worth a little more. Last I knew, all the games worked, I just don't want anybody whining about one game being hard to get working. It's not a set price, people are free to make offers. -

All games are boxed. I don't know if all the games work because I haven't tested them all. The conditions of the games and all are pretty much average wear due to age, so don't expect a flawless package here. Some of the instruction manuals are pretty beat up, if their is something you are particularly concerned about, just ask and I will either send a pic or describe it for you.
The NES System doesn't work! It used to have that blinking problem, so a new 72 pin was installed, but it still fails to work. Maybe you can get it working!
I also have a complete and in very good condition Zelda collector's edition game for gamecube. This is the one with the 4 games and is "Not for Resale" came as part of a package. There aren't any scratches on the disc. Also, the case and manual are in very good condition.

Just to let everyone know, I received my money back from Torrey today, so everything has been cleared up. I still don't know what happened, But I'm glad to let everyone know he wasn't a thief. :-)
