    I thought I'd watch an episode of "Fallout" on Amazon Prime and got a message that I'd have to pay $3 a month to see it ad-free. No thanks. Prime video normally sucks, so I'm not paying 3 bucks a month to watch 8 episodes of one show without ads.

    not at all, i'm gonna joke about how i wish you found those sealed consoles from that splurge you had when a "Failed Console" got dirt cheap prices and decide to be "charitable", i mean surely... i need it more than you do, and what are you gonna do with money anyways? buy games???? hahahahaha....

    ok tho fr neither of my parents ever played video games so like i'm kinda at a disadvantage.

    When are they gonna start making CRT TVs again? As much I would like a RetroTink ting, I can't afford that right now. Maybe when it goes down in price...eventually, but for now, I'll probably end up with an old one so I can play my 2600 Jr. :(

      My cousin would put ketchup on chips back in the 70's. I always scrunched my nose at her. I didn't realize that you can put ketchup on anything and it tastes good. I put some on a dog turd earlier today, delicious!!

    Lego Atari 2600 is complete. Looks pretty cool. A Lego piece identical to the one I was missing was on one of my son's Lego builds. I bought it off him for a dollar. All are happy. 😁

      Ugh I loved the fact that Xbox 360 had custom soundtracks. I always played Burnout Paradise using Burnout Revenge as the soundtrack.

      Awesome game, but yeah, you need the right music.

    The last four new threads I read (created in the past week or so) seemed to be made for shock value, attention getting, designed to drum up discord, create opposing views and conflict. People acting like old men set in their ways. Threatening to leave a thread, like a kid taking his toys and going home. Basically a lack of maturity. Never used to be this much. Ohh it's not AA destroying quantities or anything.. Just dumb.

    After reading a number of reviews I think i'm skipping the new Bond (very sadly as i'm a big fan).  Too dark, no charm/fun, what happed to the old 007 I grew up with?

      I liked it. Wasn't the best of the Craig films, but probably in the middle for me. They threw in lots of throwbacks to older series, including "funny" one liners. The CIA girl was my favorite character ( 3 weeks training) but yeah it's ultimately a drag because of the ending. Reminds me of Infinity War or End Game ending. I'd say if you're a huge fan to watch it in spite of what others say and judge for yourself. If any newer film ruins your respect for any series, then just take solace in the fact you're old and only watch old movies.

    After all these years, I can't believe I never realized before that the Fonz (Henry Winkler) is only 5'6".  He never seemed that short to me on TV.

    Just got hit with a $1,512 back tax bill for my PayPal Sales in 2019.  Going to try to dispute it with the "Yard Sale" clause.  About done with Ebay going to try to stay off the radar going forward.
