Czy możesz wyjaśnić, jak krok po kroku tworzyć te pliki rom? Nie mam pojęcia o skryptach.

I am new here.
I need help with launching the ATARI SC-450.
The AY system (integrated circuit) is working, I suspect ATARI C01146501 (integrated circuit) damage, it is ATARI or quartz resonator ,But I do not know what the frequency is. :-(

I need a console scheme or decode that system ( ATARI C01146501 integrated circuit, quartz resonator) to replace it.
