Lucked out on the Prime thing. Auto-renew kicked in April 3. Price hike went into effect May 11 (today). No increase until April 3, 2019.

  I don't have Prime. I grew up on loading games from the tape, so I can wait.
  
  I know Prime have movies to, but I have Netfix.

  That’s always a down side. No Netflix or Hulu on Amazon and you still have to pay for any new movie/tv not made by them.
