@GoldLeader I never got the e-mail, even though I registered on Friday. Not in inbox or spam. I guess that would have helped with the confusion, such as clearing the cache, which has never solved any problem where its been suggested in the past. Most of my "whinging" was trying to figure out what was going on in real time, so I could actually get to the store. I'll live, it was just 30 minutes of frustration.

@DrVenkman So, long story short, you didn't spend 20 minutes getting redirect back to the start page 100 times, so now you feel you can winge about the wingers.

  14. Dear Metallica,

Ignoring the good songs and often amazing production,  Every vocal line on every album since the black album, has ended with the syllable "EEEYUH!"   I know I've been asking since the 90's, but can we please go back to the way it was?

  15. No eating time for me. I have to get a blood test in about 11 hours. Hard to believe people get up at 7 a.m., and doctors are practicing at 8 a.m. I have to wake up very early tomorrow morning.

  16. Do you ever just stop and think, "Gee, do I miss the Radio Shack of the 80s and early 90s"? I do. It was a hollowed out zombie of its former self at the end, but still.

I'm glad Radio Shack has survived on the internet, but it seems to just be clearing out stock and available products are dwindling. So sad, they are generally better quality than anything on Amazon or eBay.

  18. Well as an Australian we're fairly used to wildlife that's dangerous. Although waking up to the cat paralyzed after being bitten by a snake isn't exactly all that fun. Poor fella couldn't move his back legs and had to go to the vet pronto. During receiving antivenom he had a reaction and went into cardiac arrest. They had to bring him back with a shot of adrenaline and start the antivenom process again. He will be in there overnight if all goes well. Might be time for a snake handler to come find the bastard that got him.

  19. When I was a kid, we were taught Jupiter had 13 moons. Now I just learned from watching season 2 of The Expanse that it has 79 moons. Checking a Wikipedia article, it has closer to 600 natural satellites ranging in diameter from 5300 km for Ganymede to a few meters for most. It is basically surrounded by its own asteroid belt.

@masschamber yeah, it’s kind of like discovering Pluto was actually two planetoids. Back in 1994, Hubble images of "Pluto" were just like 50 pixels. The one on the right is New Horizons close proximity satellite image.

It's thought most of the small ones were created by larger ones colliding with each other, but not losing their orbit.

*Exclusives may be available on other platforms from day one, and may, in fact, be games from other systems ported to the VCS.
