    Thanks for the tip, I got past the big sumo ok, now I'm getting my butt kicked by all the arab ninjas and that damn bird! :) fun game, good choice.

     

    I'll give it a rest 'til tomorrow, I need to try to improve my Turmoil score some ;)

     

     

     

    User 42..... Where did you find the manual pdf's? I've been looking and can't find any.

    Ok, I played for about an hour and a half, finally made it past the first boss and then it was easy, I made it through the second boss and died on the 3rd in the same game. I'd say superjumping to get the food and kanji symbol are a must.

    I don't know how to take a screenie in Mekaw yet. Does anyone use a different emulator?

    Just remember two things.....bit rot and discovery (of another one)...... ;)

     

     

    Yep, this thing goes bad and not only does nagn2 lose all that money but we all lose the game.

     

    Or when somebody digs a box of these out of old stock, there goes nagn2's money.

    I have no recollection...... but I found

     

    It's a scrolling shooter made by Meadows, and was a forerunner to "depth charge"..... but that's all I found really.

     

    1976 games were pretty basic "night driver" and "sea wolf".

     

     

     

    One with the same name made by Jaleco became supported in Mame with release 106, but the driver status is listed as preliminary (read: doesn't play yet), and I doubt it's the same.

    I've got 2 setup right now. Mekaw (windows Meka) and Koleko. Koleko is a real basic, no frills deal. Mekaw is pretty frickin cool, plus it plays:

    # Sega Game 1000 (SG-1000)

    I just played and I didn't see anywhere to get my score, just continue/end options. Maybe you don't see your score til you get out of the "sucks real bad" category?

     

     

    Ok, I got 33,200 this time but I had to hit "continue" to see my score.... is that what you guys are doing? I got killed by the guy with the wolverine claws.

    Ok, I'm done for the week. I got 512 on A2 and I admit it was LUCK and luck ONLY! As soon as the ships hit top speed, I'm not even playing, I'm just watching my random shots while I die.

     

    Final Scores:

     

    Atlantis....... 1,084,600

     

    Atlantis 2.... 521 if it even counts.
