Jetset... that's funny. Last night I went on a spammer reporting mission. I reported about 30 auctions to eBay and I emailed some sellers and "politely" informed them of their error. The guy you linked to was one of the ones that I only emailed and bitched at. He responded, thanking me for pointing it out and said he didn't know. p.s. I checked and some of the sellers/spammers I reported had changed their auctions today. I know it's only a small dent, but every little bit helps I think

I just tried both games on my Z26 and they work fine. Maybe you got a couple bad roms?

I don't think "like legos" is as bad as "not sony ps2". "Like Legos" at least tells you something about the item, it's not just frivolous spamming.
