I think I'm coming down with a cold.

First day of hurricane season and already a tropical depression. The humidity hit with a vengeance too.

Tonight I grilled steaks, sausages, baked potatoes and onions. Good stuff.

WHEW!!! I really wasn't sure that the Sharks were going to pull off the Game 7 win!

Two cups of coffee and some Excedrin are bravely and valiantly fighting my headache...

So is this the standard Sharks playoff collapse, or can they win game 7?

I'm at Seminole Elementary this morning, watching Owen compete in the Math Bowl.

Every tme the Sharks score, the Detroit arena people start playing "Uprising" by Muse. I've always liked the song, but never as much as I do right now.

On my way to the StarEast conference in Orlando today.

Owen's baseball team got slaughtered tonight and now I'm drowning my tears in sangria.

Taking a painting class. This probably won't end well... If it comes out really badly, I'll tell people one of the kids did it.

Passed the test. The swim was easy enough, even in a flight suit and boots, but climbing into the raft was not easy or graceful.

Another long evening with Nicole's softball practice followed by Owen's baseball game, but now we're on Spring Break!

LONG day of softball and baseball! Two full games and then we had to finish one that was stopped the other night.

In the office, no news yet. Just got an invite for an all-hands update at 2pm. Guess we'll find out then.

Rumors of layoffs at work. I was told to make sure I work in the office tomorrow. Sounds very ominous.

Owen's team got smoked today, although he pitched well. Nicole's team did well. Glad to come home to the pool, although the water is very cold still.

Will be at Live Oak for the kids' baseball/softball games all day long today.

Watching the Rays losing another one. 0-7??
