what posses people to make offers for a fraction of what something is worth on ebay, I can understand an offer trying to get just below what it typically goes for, but wanting like 80% off just seems odd. I wonder if it ever works... tomorrow I start massively low balling every or best offer auction until I get one!

  possible, I typically list with buy it now around the highest price the thing tends to go for, but when some one is offering 20 for a nice copy of megaman 1 it is definitely a low ball
