she's 36.8 inches, 98th percentile. Extra something since my wife is 4'11" (I'm not super tall either at 5'11) but both of she came from an extremely poor part of the world and both of us have 6' plus relatives. My daughter also have wild curly light brown hair despite being half-asian (my wife's hair is really heavy straight black hair)

Genetics can be a funny thing. But also, if her diet is better than yours was at that age, it could also explain it. It's both Nature AND Nurture, I think.
