gave myself a crazy Charlie horse this morning

so I made mash potatoes tonight for dinner, and my daughter had one bite,  she asked if she could have more.  I said of course, and I turn around to grab a little bowl for her and when I look back she had walked off with the entire gallon container I had made them in.

Daughter went tricking or treating as smoke from rainbow 6 siege like she wanted,  very few people were taking part, but still it was a lot of fun.  Then we all played Halloween on the 2600 for a little while and closed out with spooky cartoons like the Garfield Halloween special

alright, I got grand slam tennis for the arcadia 2001 (leisure vision label, but I don't worry about that) I think I'm down to just jump bug for north american releases, does anyone have a list of all the canadian leisure vision games?

man, california games, electrocop, and batman returns boxes are really hard to find for the lynx, so is lemmings, but atleast that is also a rare game

I think someone in the postal service opened a package and stole the content, bought an nes game off of amazon and the package arrived torn open and empty

Finished sorting a huge nes lot I picked up locally, big cache of vectrex stuff under a bunch of accessories,  so expect some carts with overlays on the market place soon.

So I bought a lot of nes games off of craigslist, and the guy wanted 800 dollars for it, came with probably 2000 dollars worth of stuff,  He said I was the only person that didn't offer under 500 dollars, it never ceases to amaze me how much of cheapskates the majority of craigslist users are.

I decided to finally rebuild some 5200 controllers I've had sitting around a few months (I need to get away from lesson planning for a little while)  Anyone 4 of the 6 are rev 9 pcbs, which is awesome since they'll actually be reliable with the carbon pads coated in silver. no need to buy replacement flex circuits for them.

sweet the atari stuff I picked up the other day had a copy of cannon man in it (the end label had fallen off, but it was in the box of stuff) so I got pac man atari corp and cannon man out of the score.

scored some okay atari stuff today, (only new thing was an atari corp label pacman, which is cool) but as I was cleaning the 2600 I was thinking about how old the dust and dirt in there is.  Cleaning out stuff that is decades old.

I don't get why they're bothering to dub Yakuza like a dragon, I don't think a dub is enough to bring in people that aren't interested and I don't think fans of Yakuza are the type of people that want  a dub.  But as long as they don't drop the original Japanese dub it  isn't a big deal.

so an old canuck decided he wanted to clear out his basement with a garage sale today, got all the best spectravision games (except mangia, but oh well I can take bumper bash, gas hog, and master builder) and obelix along with a few other games that weren't as interesting.  Nice have a good find again, hadn't had one in months.
