A friend has a MyIDE with CF card, and is very cool, games loads very fast. These memory uses +5v for power, you can get this voltage directly in your Atari. But some contras are, an apropiate menu to run a lot of games, more support for this device.

This site is great but an english version can be a door for users/programmers of others countries. Polish is VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY hard to understand, more if you speak spanish and have a poor english (like me )

Playing in a real TV is priceless, the colors of the game are very vivid. Many colors on Gr.8 Mode Coool !! In the emulator the game is very ugly

There are a lot of good quality music for our 8 bit machines, i have a stereo modded 800xl and the sounds of some stereo demos and games is really impressive. Two Pokey's sounds better than one.

Hi I'm using TurboBasic, and is very quick (compared with basic), but i have a lot of question about this language. What areas of memory are free when i use turbo-basic? I need free the page six for custom machine subs, and 8k/16k of free ram, but i'm not an expert in the Atari memory map... Another thing turbo-basic has more commands than normal basic? do you know a manual, or a quickreference with the tbasic keywords? (in english)

I'm using the pia port (porta), of my 65XE. I can set the pia for output with Poke 54018,56, to send signal to outside i use the 54016 address, but... ¿ how i can send and receive data by this port? (simultaneously) In other words... With what value must be poked the $D302 to allow I/O ? How i can read/write it? What pins are for In and Out? I try to get info from Mapping but i dont understand the explaination of the $D302 address (PACTL)

Hi, Bluebook First thing, do another mod. http://www.atariware.cl/pixel/sec/eng/2600av.htm (an easy, and very cheap mod.. and with an excelent quality!!) If you see the Atari in B/W check the type of your Tv input (composite video). My Tv has DVD Input and A/V Input. Try to check this detail first. (when i attach my atari to the dvd-in, i see the image in bw). And about the position of chroma in the sixier

Default setting for kaboom are 1P with Paddles. To change the controller, use OPTION Key (F2 in some emulators) Pressing OPTION one time you get 1P with Joy. Another thing : I suggest an antidoping test for scores beyond 3000
