  1. Hey Chris! Rick's booth was right next to mine. Good to see you at the show. toby
  2. A bunch of us are driving from the Portland area in an RV and we should be there around noon tomorrow.
  3. Hey Mat! I was pricing stuff for CGE and when I couldn't find this game on Ebay I think I Googled "epyx oil barons ebay" and came up with a thread you made on DP and this one. Small world. toby
  4. C64 version, disks not tested, 100% complete, writing on the manual, disk and sleeve. Got anything to trade? The things I am really after are boxes for rare Intellivision games, boxes for APF MP-1000 system and Coleco Telstar Arcade, rare Astrocade carts, the last few Channel F carts I need, etc. But I'd also be willing to trade for anything else of value that I could sell/trade. Thanks, y-bot
  5. $20 or so if it's in good condition in my opinion.
  6. What show was this at? Very cool story by the way. When you get bored "playing" Machine Language Manager let me know, I've been looking for that one for a long time. I wonder if "Larry" had a memory expansion for his Astrocade system. If you run in to Larry again send him here or to the Bally Alley site. Lots of people there would be interested to hear from him. y-bot
  7. Is there going to be pizza available at the Saturday night party, I heard in the other thread for this event that Ground Kontrol didn't have food. I am looking forward to this, haven't attended a classic gaming show since CGE2k1 in Vegas. This info is posted on another message board: The Northwest Chuckwagon Roundup - Schedule When: Saturday, September 19th, 2009 at 7:00 PM Where: Old Town Pizza, 226 NW Davis, Portland, OR 97209 Pizza will be on the Chuckwagon. After dinner we will then head over (walking distance) to Ground Kontrol Arcade and attempt to close the place at 2:30 AM. Please RSVP to me (if coming to dinner) at socalmike@chasethechuckwagon.com. Please let me know how many will be in your clan. I hope many of you will try and make it. Let's Have Some Fun ! __________________
  8. So the 1902A has composite A/V in but not separate chroma/luma. On a more positive not I tested my Commodore 1701 (thought it was a 1702) monitor and it seems to be working correctly. I used the A/V input in the front, I don't think I have anything with separate chroma/luma handy to test it with. Not sure what the difference between 1701 and 1702 is. Let me know if you want me to bring either or both of them. toby Bastards!! ..Al
  9. How about a Commodore 1902A? I don't think I have enough room in my booth to set up an demo systems so I won't be using it. I have a 1702 but I'm pretty sure something is wrong with or I would have been using it instead of the 1902A. toby

    Penny Arcade Expo

    Anybody going? I'll be at booth 591. http://www.paxsite.com/ y-bot
  11. Because of a silly non-paying bidder with an address in Florida, Costa Rica ??? this item is available again. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...#ht_3791wt_1167
  12. I had one that I bought on a close out at Toys R Us for $20 or so. I don't remember it ever working correctly. Awesome idea John. y-bot
  13. Nice stuff and a pretty nice price for the seller already with several days left. I think I have all that stuff already. I need to revamp my want list one of these days so I actually know what I'm looking for. y-bot
  14. Got my games the other day and I'm super pleased. Free bump for a great seller. y-bot
  15. They are generally not fixable. This one would best be used to upgrade a working but cosmetically damaged unit in my opinion. Ask on the mailing list at ballyalley.com but I haven't seen many easy fixes for Astrocades.
  16. There are a bunch of pictures on the CTCW listing: http://www.chasethechuckwagon.com/item.cgi...item=0000163580 Those games would definitely sell for $500+ if auctioned separately.
  17. "b***o" is me. I knew there was no way that was going to sell that low but the auction was super fishy so I thought it was worth a chance. I hope the seller completes the transaction. Any idea who won? y-bot
  18. Are those all the minifigs you have? Any instructions?
  19. The working one at CGE with dubbed copies of the games sold for $3200 or something like that. If I had some extra dough right now I'd pay $3000 as well.
  20. Check out what the high bidder had as his max bid before canceling and re-bidding for some reason: http://offer.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vie...em=110412980470 I'm the other bidder but I know there is no way that is selling for less than $3000. y-bot
  21. I totally love it, one of my favorite systems for sure. Have you checked out http://www.ballyalley.com yet? There are tons of games that you can load on to a real Astrocade with the BASIC cartridge and a cheap cable. Also a Japanese friend of mine once said that his mother looks like the guy from your avatar. I think she had a haircut that looked like his head. y-bot
  22. LOL I'm sure it will endup with a side offer. Then they should sell it here for a fixed price. Putting it on Ebay with no intention of letting the auction run it's course is super lame.
