  4. Hi all, I saw this post while searching for repairs (http://atariage.com/forums/topic/194569-service-to-modifyrepair-2600-consoles/?hl=%2B2600+%2Brepair), but I see that Game Tech is currently not taking on new work. I have a 6-switch VCS with an unreliable cartridge port and a 4-switch VCS with a a left joystick port that only reads left and right and fire. Can anyone recommend a service or fellow Atari Age member who does repairs? Thanks, Ben (legeek)

  10. Yeah, I dunno man, a bunch of that I blame Microsoft for. I initially had the game on my 360, but eventually gave up on it and went the PS3 route. I thought they have just Kickstarted 4 tables now (Twilight Zone, Star Trek TNG, T2 and now Addam's Family) which just happen to be the four big tables that rotated through the pool hall at college. I kickstarted Twilight Zone and T2, and I don't remember having to wait, but with Twilight Zone, I may have not switched to the PS3 version yet. Anyway, I get what you are saying. Cheers, Ben
  11. Wow, I'm really surprised by the negativity. I'm super excited that Addam's Family is going to happen, it's my favorite table of all time. I have quit kickstarting things kind of as a rule, but I make an exception for Pinball Arcade. To each their own, I guess.
  12. I tried it last night on PS3. I didn't get too far, since it took awhile to download and install, but I liked what I saw, even if it seems a prettier variation on HALO. I want to get in some more time with it since I think Sunday is the last day...
  13. Photos from the event... (not mine) https://www.flickr.com/photos/[email protected]/sets/72157644912631699/ I just went on Sunday afternoon and had a great time. I have never seen so many pinball machines in one place! The Pinball was kind of a blur for me, but it was very cool to try out the older mechanical tables all the way to modern tables and seeing how the machines became more advanced and theatrical over time. Addams Family is still my favorite. Arcade Highlights: Tempest, Warlords, Food Fight, Arkanoid, Gyruss, Asteroids (Sadly I missed turns on Spy Hunter and Star Wars). Looking forward to next year!
  14. Heh, I was pretty good at Hard Drivin' and could loop the speed track back in the day. I have no idea how it holds up now, though.
  15. Really excited to see this is still coming along
  16. I have only played about half of the Lynx library, and many are from memory, so it's a personal list. I was impressed how Hard Drivin' was able to squeeze down for the Lynx. I am a fan of STUN Runner as well. I prefer the Amiga versions of Beast and Desert Strike (particularly Beast). I only played a little bit Dracula, but no longer have a copy, and I haven't played Alpine Games (but it's on my want list). Cheers!
  17. My Personal Top Eight in Alphabetical order... (I guess I haven't played as much PS2 as I thought!) - Dragon Quest VIII - Final Fantasy XII - God of War - Guitar Hero - Ico - Katamari Damacy - Silent Hill 3 - We ♥ Katamari
