  1. Here are some 2600 games I find interesting and fun: Track and Field Robot Tank (use that radar!) Pac-Man Jr. Fathom Montezuma's Revenge And Spider Fighter is good for when you just want to shoot everything in sight at a fast pace!
  2. I'm selling a 2-Port 5200 system with 2 original working controls, games (common) and 2600 VCS adapter with 2 original 2600 joysticks and paddles. No switchbox. I will list some pics and the games soon! I need to see what and how many games to include with this set. Looking to sell for at least $50 not including shipping.
  3. I'll most likely put it on ebay and see how high the bids go. By the way, it looks like the auctioin I mentioned earlier got cancelled early since I don't see any sign of it on ebay. It's not even listed in the completed auctions lisitings. I guess the seller must of got a good offer and ended the auction early.
  4. Yeah, that's true. So you're saying that if you have cable, it doesn't matter what version of the 5200 you have, you'll still have to use somekind of swithcbox to switch between the system and cable.
  5. Anyone here use Sega Master System controls? They're great with Track and Field and similar to the NES controls.

  7. You should sell your copy to sku_u for $12. That would be a 1100% return wouldn't it?
  8. Actually, you don't even need a switch box for the 2-port Atari 5200. I just use a RCA Type Connector Female to F Type Connector Male adapter. http://www.trianglecables.com/200-045.html 2-port Atari 5200 owners don't have to reach behind the TV to flip any switches. These adapters also work with your 2600, Colecovision, and other similar RF connection systems and only cost around $1.50 - $2.00.
  9. I just wanted to say that I found a loose copy of Meteorites today at a local used record store. And I see that one is on ebay currently for $38. Maybe I'll sell mine soon.
  10. I think it can be done. Just solder on the proper parts you would need for a power supply and audio/video. But I don't have the skills to do it. I just thought someone might have done this type of mod already.
  11. How difficult would it be to modify the VCS cartridge adaptor for the 5200 to be a stand-alone Atari 2600 system? I'm just wondering if anyone has done this before, or attempted it.
