HAHA. For a game everybody hates, we're all talking about it (in here and in that hidden initial thingy thread). Maybe it's what I suspected all along. It's not a BAD game, its just a game that falled SO short of actually being good. Someone PLEASE do a hack on it to make it better

I've seen a lot of guides online on how to mod your VCS (all types) to composite.
Is that gonna work on a PAL unit, I mean, does PAL/NTSC have any bearing on the composite output? I'm thinking it does but I'm not sure.

Hehe. Perhaps I should explain what I was on about.
Yeah, you're dead right, they were arcade ports - but they were put on the Atari as if the were atari programs - ie. using that systems attributes as well as the programmers could. I think the GBA is a little more capable than the games we're going to get here.

I agree. Though I must say that Atari games (particularly in-house and Activision titles) do have that indefinable feel that the INTV lacks.
But..oh...that speech unit!!!

Difficult to say. The videogame crash happened as a direct result of the success and abuse of videogames immediately preceding it. So to imagine if it didnt happen would mean to also have to change all the history of gaming.
A bit off topic, but I think we're just about to have another one.

why not just play the games on the system they were designed to run on? You might as well be using an emulator as playing these titles. Same goes for modern stuff - Crazy Taxi just doesn't look right on PS2!
