Wii Sports cases for sale on ebay (homemade)
Atari-Jess replied to SINGLE TOOTH's topic in Nintendo Wii / Wii U
When I asked if I could do local pick up he would only discount a single dollar. oh well -
Where I was living it was $10 easy to get to the closest store that had new games. Add that to the time you spend and the meal you have to eat cause you're taking so long and yeah, this is cheaper

Plug and Play Joysticks... 1982 style.
Atari-Jess replied to Student Driver's topic in Dedicated Systems
Thats interesting. I wonder if anyone has passed this over in the thrifts thinking "Its probably an old CoCo controller" or something Not to side track, but it is related, I saw something called the Adventurevision and I was amazed. Its basically like a virtual boy with its reflecting mirror but instead of 3d, it just generates the vertical lines of the screen very impressive, fragile, and rare! http://www.handheldmuseum.com/Entex/AV.html -
the $1225 sealed playstation final fantasy VII
Atari-Jess replied to orangest's topic in Auction Central
this makes me sad -
Of course it was possible it was marked up. They are suggested retail prices not centrally planned prices As to whether I can provide any evidence of this, I apologise as I can't. Good luck with collecting your childhood! (and beyond)

artists wants help making a 2600 game
Atari-Jess replied to trans_am's topic in Atari 2600 Programming
The 800 should be able to pull of that game idea in my humble opinion. -
I could have sworn I commented here but: BOO HOO quit your whining. Every time Nintendo ups their production, they risk having a surplus with no guarantees it will sell (likely but not guaranteed) Every new factory requires more money, especially since they manufacture a lot of their own stuff. They are playing it smart by trying to meet demand as best as they can, but not to overstep their bounds in case something happens. Im sure that point may have been made already, and if so, I support you. Nintendo is playing it smart, they aren't even advertising as much as to not have too heavy a demand for their product. Just because you CAN make a few billion extra by taking a risk, why should you when the billions youre making now (profit) are doing just fine for everyone? I'm not saying Nintendo isn't greedy, but at least they're appearing like they aren't which is more than I can say for Sony.

I'd never include the SNES as "classic" video gaming. "silver age" If you must Anything from the 90s on is by no means "classic" And this comes from someone who's first system was an NES. I frankly have enjoyed the revival of the Atari. It allowed me collect a lot of interesting items, meet a lot of interesting people, and play a lot of really good games. The problem with the "NES revival" is that Nintendo is still very alive and well and will command premium prices on everything. The Nintendo generation fears the Playstation generation perhaps more than the Atari generation would ever have to about Super Mario. The reality is that the preteens and teens of today are growing up on systems that use 2D as a novelty. Are they going to want to play anything with sprites in 10 years?

The genesis is a bad system. I never really liked it, the sega channel was interesting at the time but I was more than happy with my SNES. These days I have a stack of genesis that I know the only way I'll be rid of them is by giving them away cause no one wants them and anyone who does already has a few. So I'm much too lazy to go and fish the damn things out (as they are in storage)

Ill have to attach it.
