I'm mildly interested in it as a media/streaming/emulation box, using the OtherOS capability. But I can't find any information on actual benchmarks. Has anyone loaded another OS on this thing yet and run 3dMark/Passmark/etc? The closest thing I can find is this but this is another SBC using the same APU.

Hello! This blog is my attempt to catalog all of the various ways to modify your Atari 2600 so that it can output audio and video in higher quality than the standard RF output offers. I went looking for this information, and it's all over this site, but spread out over innumerable posts in the forums. Each post in this blog will cover a different mod, with some information about it, and links(s) out to any discussion or other details on it. Please join the discussion of this blog over in the discussion thread in the forums. Let me know ones that I've missed so I can add them, and any notes you may have on mods already listed. And please let me know anything I have wrong!

Everyone, Thanks for the updates and the bug fixes, I still can't update the first post, so keeping that list up to date like I wanted to isn't happening. I guess I'll just make another post in the thread somewhere for v2, when I get back to my laptop. EDIT - I took the suggestion to turn this into a blog. Link to it can be found in the first post now.

From searching the forums, I've learned there's a ton of different ways to A/V mod a 2600. At this point, I'm starting to get overwhelmed with information. Does anyone know of a place that summarizes all the techniques, hopefully with the pros/cons of the circuit design, and whether or not it comes as a kit? For reference, I modded my Sunnyvale 4 switcher using the combo AV/Pause kit from http://www.coolretroprojects.com/Atari-2600-2in1-Pause-A-V-Mod-Kit-NTSC-PAL.html. Worked pretty good, especially after I recapped the console and applied all the field service fixes. But I've found it can be finicky as to what modern TV's it works on.
