  1. I've got the Zork anthology disc. Picked it up at a Value Village a while ago. I haven't tried it on my new computer though.
  2. I gotta fire it up to see. I don't remember all the characters names. Gimme a little while and I will get back to you.
  3. Neat. Asking for recommendations is really just getting pointed in the right direction. AvP is on my *must get* list. I have it for the Lynx... and AvP is what really grabbed my attention with the Jag back in the day.
  4. Shoot... I have Golden Axe, SFII, Boogerman, Ren and Stimpy, TMNT Tournament Fighters, Samurai Showdown, Fatal Fury 2.... the list of really neat pirates goes on. Oh yeah... Super Bros.6.... all Pirate ports, or hacks, or originals for the Famicom. Very quirky, and fun to collect. You can also find stuff like Everquest, and WoW too. Just tons of odd stuff. AND Bramsworth is a solid guy. I have an Earthbound repro... and I have the original Mother. The Earthbound repro is in English. Probably the prototype rom... or maybe the Japanese rom fan translated. It's good at any rate.
  5. Kasumi Ninja does have a bad rep though. I haven't even played it or seen a copy in real life, and I know that! Ha ha ha! Maybe for laughs vs. on Kasumi could be cool.
  6. Hey guys, Upon the suggestion from forum members... here is a merged for sale thread of many things I have for sale. Items will be added as time goes on, as this is still a WIP. One four port Atari 5200 consoles. No accessories. Deck only. Paid around $20 for it. Would like to get something close to that. Game Genie for NES. Make offer. Atari #2. This is my ugliest 2600. 4 switch woody. Can have Wicos, or stock controllers. Might be able to find power supply. Not sure. Got to look through more boxes. $20 obo. If I find the PSU, I'll include it at no extra cost. N64 power supply. I forgot I even had this laying around. $4. obo NES Power Pad. Picked up a couple of these a while ago. I don't need two. Make offer. Old school PSX shell. This one does have the serial I/O on the back. This is a leftover from a case mod that I did a while ago. Simple, clean housing for the guts. If you have an old yellowed, scratched PSX, this might be the ticket. Make offer. I also have some extra games for sale. These are disc only. I got them used, and we all know how sometimes you don't get all the stuff with a game. PS2: Grand Theft Auto: Vice City $5 obo ChoroQ $3 obo Medal of Honor: Rising Sun $4 obo Chaos Legion $6 obo Haven: Call of the King $4 obo XBox: Knight's Apprentice: Memorick's Adventures $4 obo I also have a copy of Diablo for PC and Mac. Still in the jewel case, with its inserts. Disc is in awesome shape. $4. obo More goodies to the list: Star NX10 printer User's Manual (for those of you who might run one with your ST) SF 314 Disk Drive Owner's manual SC1224 Monitor owner's manual Atari 520ST Owner's manual (water stained a little) Atari Logo sourcebook... very light cover scratches can be seen in the right light, otherwise excellent shape) ST Basic sourcebook and tutorial. Very small stain in lower left corner of cover only. Cover is otherwise similar to the Logo sourcebook. Aside from some small blemishes, they are excellentfor their age, and definitely on the inside. Make on offer on any, or all of these Atari related manuals. Golden Sun/Golden Sun the Lost Age strategy guide. $10 Intellivision with box (rough), and an Intellivoice module. The module is untested, but the system works. Will add pics in a little while. $40 shipped obo within the USA. Intellivision II, with a fairly large lot of games. Some boxed, most not. If interested, drop me a line for details and we can work something out. Retro Entertainment system. Complete. $10 + shipping in the USA. Please either post in this thread, or PM me for any items of interest. I am also interested in trades. Lynx games, jag games, jag controllers or vid cables are some of what I need at this point (traded for a Jag with some games and a controller, with power cable). If you have a trade in mind, PM me and we'll see if we can work something out.
  7. Thanks for the input. I will have to keep an eye out, or make posts in the marketplace forum as "WTB."
  8. Placed an order with Best Electronics for a reconditioned Lyn II, and also picked up one of their rechargeable Ni-Cad battery packs for it. So, I should be back on track in a few days.
  9. Thanks to working out a trade with a fellow forum member, I should be the owner of a Jaguar in the very near future. There are a couple games coming in the trade, such as: Doom, Iron Soldier, Tempest 2000, Blue Lightning, and I think Checkered Flag. I know that AvP should be on my wishlist. What other titles come highly recommended? Why? What titles should be avoided and why? Anything special I should do to maintain/store my Jag? Anything to avoid that could cause damage etc.? Thanks for any input!
  10. Ha ha ha! Well, I can try to make a singular thread. I've got more pics to take anyway. People are often hesitant without them. Will be a pretty big thread.
  11. Yes, the brightness was turned up. The power light comes on for a second, and that's it. Best Electronics... I've bought from those guys before. Tons of stuff. $5 less, refurbed, and with warranty... hard to beat. Probably be calling them later today.
  12. My Lynx has problems. It doesn't power up with batteries, and the screen flashes for a split second when I plug it in and hit power. This is frustrating, because it worked fine before I moved... now that things are a bit more normal, I thought it would be cool to sit down and play some Lynx, as it has been a while since I have been able to do that... and I get nothing. Is this a common symptom? Fixable? Cheaper to get another one? I emailed myatari.com asking about a refurb system II. This is the style I have, and I even have the box and inserts... so if I can get another LynxII, I could just plop it in the box I have. Thoughts?
  13. Any why is that? I create multiple for sale threads, because I am going through my collection bit-by-bit to ferret out the stuff I either can part with, or do not need anymore. It also allows me to keep the sales organized, so I don't end up shipping someone the wrong thing. It might make a little clutter on the marketplace forum, but I think the end result of making sure I can keep track of what people wanted per thread justifies it. If the moderators have an issue with it... then I can make a merged thread.
  14. Bump. Will try to get pics later today.
  15. Bump. I will try and get some pics up later this afternoon. There has been some interest expressed... but nothing definite yet... so back to the top for others to see.
