  1. One to go. And you know which one that is. Time to get the credit card out.
  2. Yeah, I just bid $140 on a Glib... Thank God I lost! Oh, and did I mention I allready have a glib. I know I'm sick.
  3. Ok, my name is Matt and you can tell by my signature I need serious help.
  4. I have yet to see proof of an NTSC boogey blaster, glacier patrol, and universal chaos.
  5. I just want a loose rabbit transit and party mix so I can be done with starpath games...
  6. I'm curious to know how long an eprom is suppose to last anyway? I remember hearing 20-40 years but, if that's the case, shouldn't we be finding some duds allready? I know that most arcade game PCB's from the 80's have eproms as well and I haven't encountered many "dead" eproms in the 5 or so arcade boards I've owned. Any thoughts?
  7. Heck yeah, and ninja golf is a really fun game too! Thanks again Andrew.
  8. Well, stuff like atlantis II, cubicolor, pepsi invaders, off your rocker, ect, ect, ect were never "officially" released to the general public. But, that doesn't mean you can't obtain them... Sears titles are just the tip of the iceberg for the atari 2600. Also, does a spikes peak/ghost manor double ender and those same games as single carts, count as one game, two games, or three games??? Released games? I guess it depends on what your defenition of "released" is. The only thing everyone can seem to agree on is that there are over 500 games.
  9. My best 2600 find would have to be the activision prototype I found for 99 cents in panama city beach florida on vacation one year. Also, I bought a guardian and a master builder (complete) last year for $5 each. I also won a raffle for a glib in Philly this past year. I spent $20 on the titckets though. I don't know if that counts as a great find but, I have been congradulated more than once. I've found some decent NES stuff too. Loose tengen tetris ($5), a complete bubble bobble part II ($10), an arkanoid controller (99 cents), some other crap.
  10. Hello, Saw you were looking for an activision checkers. Mine has some pen marks on the label and there is some actiplaque (but not a lot). How about $5 including standard shipping? If there anything else off my list you want to buy, I can quote a price, throw it in the same package. Let me know, MattG.
  11. I don't think it's a scam. I just think the seller is uninformed. Greg Woodcock did buy a cubicolor FYI. The seller's address registered with ebay as well as the number of the cubicolor matches the one given in DP #5.
  12. Wanted to try and tade this for some 2600 games on my want list. It's an eprom board in generic case. Tested and working unreleased proto. As far as I know this is the same version reviewed on atariprotos.com. Not really looking to sell at the moment but you can send offers if you'd like. I can hopefully get pics soon but still don't have a digital camera.
  13. I think it may be a 10 as well but, I still won't pay more than $250 for one.
  14. Hmmmm, Tomarc is prolly a 7 or 8... Dukes I'd say a 4 or 5. But that's just my personal 8 years of experience. Your mileage may vary.
  15. Wow, can't believe I missed this thread. For me, Arcade- Asteroids Home Console Game- atari 2600 Adventures of tron
  16. It seems to me most of the timed activision titles don't have randomness. These come to mind: Laser Blast Barnstorming Skiing Dragster
  17. What happened to StanJr. too??? He doesn't post anymore. [perplexed]
  18. I'm glad this topic comes to light every month or so. (really I am, no sarcasm intended here) Let me explain. Not only is it nice to hear about people's collections that are new to this board, it's great to hear how other long time collector's collections are coming along. Now, I'm up to 440 unique NTSC titles myself. I don't do label variations. I still have yet to obtain a true rarity"10". My goal at the moment is to obtain every 2600 game that isn't a ten, as well as all their instructions. I'm up to 320 instructions at the moment. I would like to get one box from every major company as well but that's kind of secondary goal. Everyone keep up the good positive collecting carma.
  19. I'm looking to increase my collection some. Here's some that I have available: Miner 2049'er Q bert Centipede Frogger Congo Bongo Burgertime Zaxxon Victory Mouse Trap Buck Rogers Lady Bug Super Challenge Baseball Donkey Kong Popeye Mr Do's Castle Venture Rocky Super Action Boxing Mr. Do Carnival Space Panic Space Fury Turbo Smurfs: Rescue (sealed but box is poor) Mr. Do (sealed) Here's some I'm looking for: 2010: Choplifter! Dukes of Hazzard Flipper Slipper Fortune Builder Frenzy Galaxian Gateway To Apshai H.E.R.O. It's Only Rock n' Roll Illusions Jungle Hunt Montezuma's Revenge Pitfall Pitfall2 Star Trek (cart only) Slurpy Up n' Down Wing war Most ALL Activision titles Anyone into CV games at all? I'll really looking for all loose titles. All titles I listed are loose unless noted otherwise.
