All I can say is some people just don't deserve the time of day. I'm not sure that this is the same coca cola eprom cart, actually. I know of 4 on atariage that own the same eprom cart. So, it IS possible that there were two so close in time to each other on ebay.

Trade list updated with prices. :)
MattG/Snyper2099 replied to MattG/Snyper2099's topic in Buy, Sell, and Trade
Yeah, yeah I knew I was going to get crap for some of those prices but who the hell really wants Eli's ladder for more than that? I'd rather say I don't own that particular title out of spite for how crappy it is and how much it usually costs. I hope to someday (soon) own all atari 2600 titles except for the rarity 10s. I think that'll be something like 485 US released games and I will stop there. As for instructions, I'll keep looking for those. -
Ok, I've updated my trade list some and I've decided to add what I'm willing to pay for the remainder of the loose games I still need for the 2600 as well as some of the instructions. I know some of my prices are really low but I'm not rich. I also wanted to mention that if someone sees anything on my list they are interested in, and will be at VGS next weekend, let me know and I'll be sure to bring it with me. As of now, I'm bringing most of my better 2600,7800,CV,atari 8 bit, and NES titles.

I'm somewhat interested in the one with the bad label. Anything on my trade page interest you? MattG.
-
Man, I'd pay $10 just for the instructions. The only other activision instructions I'm missing are Rampage.
-
I would like it as long as it's in good shape. Do you take Paypal?

I wanted to let people know I willbe able to make it. I am glad I get to go on a road trip to Chicago... So, does anyone have any requests on what I should bring? I have just about every system you could think of... Keep in mind my space is limited to a Honda Accord though.

Multicart #2 is finished!!!
MattG/Snyper2099 replied to Super-Genius!'s topic in Atari 8-Bit Computers
Wow, this post really got me thinking about the 8bit software I have. I've been into atari 8bit since like 1997 or so when I found this huge stash of games at a yard sale. I filled my buick regal's trunk twice with all the stuff (and the buick regal had a HUGE trunk!). Anyway, I have 100's, possibly 1-2 thousand, games (and I'm not exagerating here), all on 5.25 disks. There are some strange titles here, some I've never seen in cart format and some I've never seen period. Anyway, what I'm trying to get at is, maybe there are some undiscovered/unreleased games in the mix. I kind of think that the guy I got this stash from was a programmer or a hoarder or both??? Anyone think it would be worth the time to type out a list of all the games in this thread? I would be glad to if anyone thinks they could benefit from it. Then if there are any games people are in need of or want to mass produce, I could copy it onto a floppy and send in the mail. Just a thought... I also wanted to say that the multicart idea is great. I want Carnival Massacre though! That game is awsome! Wasn't it made by synopsis? -
I am going to try and make it but I'm not sure yet. How many people were you expecting to show? I'll probably bring some stuff to sell/trade but I don't know if I want a table. Philly for me this year was fun as hell but, by the time I drove out, paid for hotel/admission, ect, it cost me a lot of money. This is a lot closer for me but I'd have to leave at 4a.m. in order to make the show when it starts.

My collection is pictured on Digital press too. But, those pictures are gettingt to be old (2 years ago)... I'll have a big picture page sometime in late summer after I move and get all my stuff into my new place.

Is a portfolio an ST system? I have a spare 130XE for trade. Do you have any games on my wantlist (below).

Or maybe it's not so rare after all? I doubt that's the case since I've traded those two for farily good items

Define a Complete Activision Collection Please
MattG/Snyper2099 replied to xulchris's topic in Atari 2600
A lot of people forget deoman attack, atlantis, and moonsweeper as activision titles too. Your activision collection isn't complete without them. -
Ok, I have this sony betamax VCR. It's model number xs2000 if I remember correctly. It's the portable style one that had a carrying strap. I could take a pic if you're interested. Anyway, I've seen sony betamax VCR's sell for anywhere between $50 - $350 on ebay so I really don't know what this thing is worth??? Can anyone use this thing?

Well, I don't know about this thread but my response to Rob went something like: "It doesn't matter what it looks like. Where do I sent the $100 dollars?" You know, I consider myself a diehard collector but I don't give a crap about a special edition anything, long as I can play the game. NovaXpres, please try not to lump all us "diehards" into one category. I'm willing to pay for this game if it ever comes to be. If it doesn't, so be it, I'm still a happy atari player/collector.

I found an 2600 enduro prototype for $1 in panama city beach and an 8-bit keystone kapers proto in Cincinnati @ a thrift for $2. The weirdest find of released stuff I've ever had is Mr Do's Castle for Colecovision 3 times, twice at the same gamestore, once at a pawn shop just last year. That's a fairly rare cart to be finding 3 times!

I never "reported" anything to ebay. I haven't contacted ebay about anything. My money was refunded by the seller because the seller didn't fullfill with the shipment of what I agreed to purchase. I hope this clears things up. Technically, I didn't get ripped off monetarally by the seller but they lied more than once as well as wasted my time. As for the auction... I doubt that transaction will be completed.
