    Based on my experience it's a toss up as to who has better customer service...Amazon or Apple. I'm a customer for life of both either way.

      On top of their customer service - which has been great - Amazon has been beating eBay for prices lately too. Another plus.

      I'm a Mac guy but I think the edge goes to Amazon. They I've bought hundreds of items from them and never had a problem. Plus two day shipping usually gets to me in one day
