I'm actually pretty sure he made the case himself. I did the PCB designs for him, which he gives me credit for at the end of his video, but I honestly do think he did the case himself.

Wow, a new PCB? I was certain he pulled a Heckendorn and hacked it together with chopped-up bits of board and a tangled mess of jumper wires.

That's kind of what he did with his first one, but he's got a nice new connector PCB between the Jag board and the Jag CD board that lets them sit much closer together in this one. The other PCB I got set up for him was the Link-Box, but it needs a second revision before it's perfect.
