Looks like MS has really shot themselves in the foot this time. They will have a hard time recovering.
Personally, I'm rooting for OUYA.

Was interviewed about this whole thing this morning on a Canadian News/Talk Radio show:
Nice interview Curt, but I think you blew him away with so much Atari game history!
-
Looks good!

Looks great!

I have to say it's E.T....
...for the Gameboy Advance. If you thought the 2600 version was bad (which it isn't) then try this one. OMG, it's HORRIBLE!!!!

I'll be surprised if they find it. I guess they could look for a giant concrete blob. Hope they bring a jackhammer!
-
Nice to see some demo work on the Jag. I hope they get to the coolness level of the Atari ST's Decade Demos Disk someday!

What about WolfenSCHTEEN instead of WolfenSTINE? (You know, like Young FrankenSCHTEEN?)

-
Yes, but can it play Food Fight? Or Ms. Pac-Man? Or... Oh, nevermind...

I didn't know there was a F manual!!Yeah, I think "F" stands for "Flight" in this case.

Very nice looking game! Great work!

I think the Retron 5 will be better, if nothing else it has the GBA port built-in. Also save states, user any controller, key mapping, etc.
-
Interesting. I didn't know Retron had competition!

Hmm... I love Tempest 2000, 3000, Llamatron, most of Jeff's other work... I might have to get a Vita for this. An Xbox Live arcade version would be good too!
-
Great job! Can't wait to see how this pans out!

Hmmm....probably iThink's Jaguar dev manual. I would have gotten the board too but Ingram didn't know what happened to it.

Oh, and a working JagCD and working 5200 joysticks. What's this about how none of them work?!

I guarantee you that Microsoft doesn't give a moment's thought to what gamers at Atari Age want in a game console.
So... you're saying we should just stop talking about it?

The biggest change to the interface is that now 95% of the screen will be taken up by advertisements. The other 5% by Netflix. What? You thought this was a game player?

Yeah, somewhere along the way he began to appreciate antiques. That's why McCoy gave him a dual-purpose gift in those glasses.
Now, if only Kirk had the PET doing some demos or something!

Shatner was a spokesperson for Commodore... Not sure if it was before or after Star Trek II though.

BTW, the graphics from the Lynx mockup are from the Genesis version. I just reduced the colors, shrank the resolution and fixed a few glaring graphic glitches.

I liked the Nintendo Channel occasionally. But that's it really. As long as they don't disable Netflix, I'm good.

I reviewed my e-mail with respect to the "Lynx2K3" contest and found a message that I sent to Greg D. George about hosting the ROM image; he may yet have a copy of it. Battlespace is a fun game and, IIRC, a favourite among the contest judges.Ok, well I found it. No, it was hosted on the TAT website, just hiding on my computer. Unfortunately, I tried to run it with Handy and it crashed. So... Not sure what's up there.
There were a couple of others from the contest. Push Around The World, Lynx Sketch and Stardreamer. I imagine these have been updated since the contest back in 2003, but here they are anyway.

Boring looking. I'll keep my 360 "S" model with the glossy finish.
