  1. Here's a new one. Wrathchild inspired me with his awesome work on the beginning of this song. No Offence Wrath. =) Just Couldn't help myself. it's too cool of a song. So Here it is boys and girls. Final Fantasy. The Title intro. UPDATE: Download my songs from my website http://webpages.charter.net/windwar
  2. OK Folks! here is the Baby Elephant walk. COMPLETE! Took some doing on this one. Fun Song but a lot of quirks. =) UPDATE: Download my songs from my website http://webpages.charter.net/windwar
  3. I do. =) RMT is a good Program. It reminds me of Noise Tracker for the ST (one of my all time favorite programs). I've had some people PM me and ask if I take Requests. The answer is YES. I do take requests. If you have a request. sending me a MIDI file of the song would help so i can at least see what key the song is in and get an idea of how the song goes. I am a musician and having some kind of reference to the music is helpful. in midi form I can read the music on the staff.
  4. Oh My God!!! You ARE amazing. It's only been about 22 hours since I sent you the midi file. I can definitely tell that is Duke! There are some missing nuances - but I'm not complaining in the least. I figured I may hear back from you sometime next week, not within a day!!! I'm satisfied with it as is, I just wanted to see if it could be pulled off on an Atari 8-bit. Are you going to play with it further at all/do any refining? No problems if not - just curious. Thank you so much for taking my request... I am in awe! Sal = , Timster = ! LOL... I'll continue to tweak duke nuke'em there are some more things i could probably cram into it. =)
  5. QUOTE: >Hej, can you reattach the SAP archive? I knwo, tha SAPs sound a bit different but it's a bit easier to play it >under SAP player instead of running the emu again and again... >thanks! Sure If you all want, I'll start putting SAP files in the Archives with the XEX files. let me know if you all want me to do this from now on. UPDATE: Download my songs from my website http://webpages.charter.net/windwar Here is a link to a good windows SAP player http://asma.atari.org/bin/sapmp171.exe
  6. Alright, By Request. Nuke Nuke'Em. Tell Me what you all think. =) UPDATE: Download my songs from my website http://webpages.charter.net/windwar
  7. well here's some really rough work to begin with on the baby elephant walk. it's not there yet but it gives you an idea what i'm doing on it. just found out that the sap player is only good on a PC <and even there it's not so good> so here is the XEX file. 10. Quote: That last Elite was great! How do you work so quick?! I'm a Musician. Have Been for 20 years. learned to read music in grade school. =) Quote: Has an Atari sound to it but that we celebrate Yes we do indeed! LOL =) Quote: A little tweaking to do as you say, bass instrument at the beginning, but hat-off to your music skills. are you talking about the funky scale climb? if so then yeah, i haven't quite got it yet. It's a bit weird. Quote: Will you do a single Pokey version as well - then I can integrate it into the Elite intro demo I made, make a few fixes to the demo and then re-relaese it . I'd be happy too. as long as i get some screen credit for it. =)
  11. excellent work on the FF3 music dude. I'm impressed. I love the music from that game. I was considering doing one myself. of the intro to FF2 <USA VERSION>. I love the strings in it. I working on some instruments that will give me a soft string sound. as emkay has pointed out before, Pokey "YELLS" a lot, so it's been a challenge. lol. I've found that by simply turning the volume down on the instruments that your using can make all the difference in the world. I usually cut the volume by 30 to 40% on all my instruments. usually sounds nicer, especially on a real Atari. I always test everything on my 800XL with the double pokey installed and test for single pokey on my XEGS.
  12. Actually I Referenced the sid Version. I don't have the nes music. the NES version of Elite was Disappointing to say the least. =) This Is what I came up with from the sid version. I still have more tweaking to do. hope its getting there though. UPDATE: Download my songs from my website http://webpages.charter.net/windwar
  13. OK Wrathchild, Is this kinda what your looking for? Keep in mind that it's not finished yet. i haven't completed the second part of the song yet. and the instruments still need some work. but i hope it's close to what you want. =) UPDATE: Download my songs from my website http://webpages.charter.net/windwar
  14. hmmm.... is this from the GAME elite? If So It doesn't sound like any song from the game that I remember. as for making an RMT version it would be nice to have some kind of reference to the Score of the Song. Let me know if i'm way off on the songs origin
