    I've got atariage store credit, Bentley Bear is a given but now I need to figure out what to spend the rest on, Anguna is pretty tempting but I don't have an atari vox, maybe pac man jr or space invaders 7800 will be what I go with

      I think it depends on how well you take care of yourself, genetics etc. I'm in way better shape than I was in my 20s and 30s now, but it does take longer to get there now.

    I keep hearing about shemue. BITD, I considered it the world's most boring tech demo, with a plot that's barely there (and forgot to make me care about it) surrounded by a collection painful mini-games separated by terrible control and QTE moments. What was there to like?

      It's completely overrated. You know how E.T. gets hated because the internet says so? This is the opposite of that. Everyone says it's great. Hardly anyone ACTUALLY played Shenmue all the way through

      He's always been ridiculously random. He'll award high praise to an average game and condemn a great one for the same mechanic on another system.

       

      I never did take his reviews as something other than fun to read.
