$250 is still way too much, especially considering that with the Magic Sac+ you would probably be getting the 64k ROMs which were of limited value even back then. I don't think you can even use System 5 with those, forget about 6. The amount of Mac software that you will be able to find that runs under systems older than 6 is very small so what's the point? All the most important software for the compact Macs requires 6, and in some cases 7, to run anyway.
I just got a package containing (2) Spectre GCR's. (One complete with docs in hard shell case, the other cart only), (1) Magic Sac+ (cart only), (1) Happy Discovery cart (cart and floppy) and (1) ST floppy cable for $175 and all the Mac carts contain ROMS.

Some idiot with a lot of money who's very bored will buy them. $1500 for ESA is ridiculous, though. You can download the game for free from Bethesda now if all you want to do is play it and the actual materials included aren't worth nearly that much even shrinkwrapped. That might be a $100 game on a good day just because it's the first Elder Scrolls game. There's a complete in box floppy version for $80 on there now and the CD is a bit harder to come by, so a rarity premium is justified but not $1500 worth.

It's ba-a-a-ck
eBay Auction -- Item Number: 150532994473
In other news, the same seller has a Pee Wee Herman doll

I wonder if that's the one with Super Masturbatory Action?

At the time 99 Nights came out Koei was busy kissing Sony's ass and saying they didn't care about the Xbox.
Nah. Dynasty Warriors 5 : Empires came out for the 360 in North America around March of 2006 , 99N didn't come out till August of the same year.
I have 1000/1000 gamerscore on both!

Empires is a completely different game from Dynasty Warriors. Dynasty Warriors 6 didn't come out for a year and half after 99 Nights.
I wish they would come out with a new Kessen game for the 360. I loved Kessen and Kessen II for PS2.

I had one, too. I also had the Dark Tower.

It's $799 now. I guess he's going to keep lowering it until someone bites.

yeah, i bought a bike for my daughter forgetting to check the guys feeback. i realised too late that several people already complained about the bikes he was selling. the description said there could be minor problems but since i'm a bike freak i thought i could fix "minor problems" ... it turned out that bike is a MAJOR piece of crap. cheapest low end china ware that was still boxed in the original chinese packaging. so the guy knew upfront that this is a piece of s***! it must be a production gone wrong as the chainwheels and the backwheel are not aligned and therefore the chain jumps off immediately ...
he offerend me to send a postage stamp to return the bike and refund me but now it's been 3 weeks of wait and i filed him on paypal.
:x
this bike is so 'cheap' and literally dangerous for kids. i'm also thinking of reporting this guy somewhere else where he would get in trouble for selling such bikes ... they're quite dangerous in my eyes!
There used to be guy in West Virginia who bought new Chinese motorcycles and fixed them up to the standards you would expect before reselling them and that would include breaking all the factory frame welds and redoing them so they wouldn't fall apart later on and completely rebuilding the engines with sturdier replacement parts than the factory used. The carbs used to be really bad so they got scrapped and replaced with better ones and the pistons and rings were prone to melting when the engine got hot, so they were replaced, too. He would also do custom chrome and paint work on request. The bike was 1000% better when he was finished with it and well worth the extra cost for the work he did. The point is if the Chinese don't care about the shoddy quality of a motorcycle that will be operated at highway speeds, they aren't going to give a s*it about a kids bicycle.

I loved 99 Nights. That was the nearest thing we got to Dynasty Warriors on the 360 and I love me some Dynasty Warriors.
You mean nearest thing other than Dynasty Warriors, Samurai Warriors, Warriors Orochi, and Dynasty Warriors: Gundam?

I'm going to echo Moycon and say that I've never seen anyone say that EDF 2017 was a bad game. I heard nothing but good about it.
I loved Bullet Witch. One of the very few of those types of games I've ever found enjoyable. That reminds me. I need to play it some more.
And Onechanbara is awesome! Although I have to say I prefer Warriors Orochi for my hack n' slash.
I haven't played it in a long time, but I enjoy Dead or Alive Xtreme 2. It's relaxing eye candy.
I can't really think of games that I feel are terrible but that I like. Pretty much by definition, if I like them then they're good, not terrible.

At the time 99 Nights came out Koei was busy kissing Sony's ass and saying they didn't care about the Xbox.

EA is eventually going to shoot themselves in the foot, hell i think they already have on multiple occasions.
I really wonder if, in 10 years, we'll be calling EA the dumbest gaming company of the past decade.
I wonder if we'll even have EA in 10 years or if they'll wind up in the vast video game graveyard with so many other companies that screwed up.

Here is the short article from Kotaku quoting EA Games' boss Frank Gibeau stating that EA feels the days of solo gaming are over.
Just when I think I've heard every stupid statement that EA or Activision exec's could utter, one of them opens their mouth once more.
Sigh........
Mendon
Every day EA gives me one more reason to stop buying their games. If they eliminate single player mode in games, I'm done with them forever.

Warning, this link is the saddest sack I've ever seen.

Please keep in mind this thread is officially derailed, and you can't UNSEE something...
It's on youtube, and is National Geographic style, so it's okay...

Medicinal Fried Chicken?

Was I the only person who though the pool man/tv installer/repairman would be the one she ran off with, right out of the gate?
AX
Why him? All he got was a couple of coins. The shopkeeper was the one who got most of the money the hero was spending.

I have decided that as I casually pick up more 5200 games, that variants are fun to collect. I will probably never have them all(5200), which makes it kind of fun. I have enjoyed picking up some late re-releases for the 5200. I recently scored Galaxian(1986), and a Pac Man(1987). is there a list of 5200 label variations that is detailed to showcase small variations of each and every title? Any help would be great.
I just noticed recently from listings on ebay that there are two Football labels, apparently. Mine just says Football but I've seen pics of 5200 collections for sale on ebay where the label says Realsports Football.

It looks like one of those games best suited to a Snes or Megadrive (genesis to our american friends)
perhaps it was aimed at Snes/MD loving women haters
No, I think it was aimed for us poor, stupid males generally. If men ever wised up to women the human race would die out because instead of wanting them (wrong response) we'd flee, screaming in terror, every time one looked our way (correct response).

Now that I think about it, Ninety Nine Nights wasn't very good. I found it strangely addicting though and played it quite a bit (and enjoyed it).
Anyone play GI Joe? Was that any good? (Reviews dashed it)One of my buddies got it and enjoyed it. He said it's basically straight-up, oldschool, arcade-like action (Probably not exactly what the press was expecting).
LOL...I may have to pick up GI Joe then. EDF got blasted by the mainstream press but I liked it too so I may like GI Joe.
That's why I considered it a guilty pleasure. It got hammered hard in reviews. I always thought it was one of those games you play until the DVD turns to dust but you never tell anyone because you're afraid they'll laugh at you and kick your ass. I never thought there was anyone else out there who liked it.

Sneak King
It's as mesmerizing as the commercials. Take that however you will.
Oh man...I forgot about those Burger King games. Man those sucked.
Hey! Pocket Bike Racer kicks ass.

How incredibly accurate.

Any ribbons for these printers will probably be very old. Even if you can find them NIB they will probably still be dried out after all this time.

An F-plug is a plug with a potty mouth.
I thought it was a sex toy.

I've got the Intellivision version. It's a pretty good game but I don't think I'd pay that price for it.

It really irks me how growing numbers of eBay sellers of Atari games are showing a stock photo of the very-hard-to-find Starpath release of The Official Frogger with their listings, but what they are actually selling is the common-as-dirt Parker Brothers version of the game. Some of them are so-called "power sellers," who really should know the difference. I wonder how many collectors who are still searching for the Starpath release at a good price (like me) get all excited when they see the Starpath stock photo of Frogger alongside a Buy It Now price of $7.99?
NEVER buy from sellers who use stock photos. They usually use stock photos to hide the fact that either the game that you will receive is damaged in some way or they are just too lazy to take their own photos. Either way, whether the cart is damaged or they can't be bothered to take their own photo, it shows how little they really care about keeping you as a customer.

Ikari Warriors is now being sold by the case. So much for that rarity 5 rating.
