    I'm sure they are doing the best they can. At the same time, it's a bit frustrating seeing people who ordered days after the release getting them in the mail before people who purchased within the first hour.

    Glad you got one has well. Strange the laptop I was using would not allow me to click the "buy now" button using Edge on Windows 10. I logged on to another laptop and worked fine using Edge. Go figure. It all worked out.
