I didn't mind taking a chance because I wanted a Game Axe that bad. I really really wanted it.. in retrospect I probably should have just built my own portable Nintendo out of one of my Powerjoy's and made it so the cartridge didn't stick out of the unit. Plus I'd have done a 5.8" screen.

You might get more bids if you have pictures.. I see the Vectrex it says something about being cracked and the casing in poor condition. Would have liked to see it.

I don't even think River Patrol is worth $399. It's not as good as the arcade, but I still don't think based on rarity that it's worth that much.

I don't want a lot of Japanese games because they're written in Japanese. Like RPG's and stuff.. I have Street Fighter II for Famicom though.

Ok game runs in StellaX, I'm stupid lol. But I can't figure out how to get it full screen. The window is WAY too small.

Yep.. new in box with all the games I've seen them for $10 at fleamarkets and on eBay. It's not worth even collecting if you ask me.

Maybe a friend stole them or your mother cleaned up and threw stuff away. When I was young I either misplaced or someone stole about 10-15 Ricky Henderson rookies off me.

I can't even get the game to start. Why does StellaX play in such a small window?! There's no way to play bigger?! Very hard to see it's so small.

I see tons of Combat's out there, so my vote is for Combat. I'd like to make a game someday and every 1 in 100 would have a special rare case. I'd put them in the boxes then shuffle them in.

Nintendo DS's aren't hard to come by anymore. We just got about 30 of them in my store (Circuit City).

Actually, Play Asia shows a portable Famicom "coming soon" for $139.. who knows.. http://www.play-asia.com/paOS-13-71-1s-70-bdm.html Only thing that sucks about the Game Axe and other NES portables I've seen is that US NES games are large, so they hang out the system like 6 or 8 inches! That's a lot of stress for a cartridge to be handing there. I saw one guy on the net who opens up his carts and wraps the PCB's in cardboard, then on that he puts electrical tape, and on that a label that shows the game name, and over that some clear tape. This way the cart is smaller and sticks out of the system less.. you know 'cause you have to use the famicom adapter too.

The Game Axe is pretty good. I don't know why everyone gives it a bad rap. Mostly you need to find a nice power supply.. some lower end ones tend to give bad picture on the screen, but if you get the right stuff everything works great. Wow! Yeah, everyone steer clear of Buy Rite!! Look at this.. worst score I ever saw: http://www.resellerratings.com/seller3699.html Lifetime rating of .14! Not even 1! LOL! Lik-Sang has a decent rating and Play Asia has an even better rating.

I wish I got all that cool stuff for x-mas. I got other cool stuff, but no retro cool stuff.
