@Albert: No.. the site was not responding at all. It wasn't that it was slow. It totally stopped responding. @Susu: I don't consider that a multicart heh.
-
Wow looks excellant. I especially like he says " I'm a woodgrain only guy, so this high-tech super system clashes with my console TV, bean bags, and shag carpeting. " lol.
-
But why should I pay to be in an auction... just post the auction already. I reported the listing to eBay for their removal.
-
It also says in her auctions: "MY HUSBAND ONLY COLLECTED GAME SYSTEMS THAT WERE BRAND NEW OR IN MINT PERFECT WORKING CONDITION!" I find that kind of a weird hobby.. only collecting brand new systems lol.

Some nice stuff.. man that Bandai Pippin is expensive. I'm almost afraid to ask what happened that it's all being sold..
-
------ SORRY if this already got sent to you once or twice or three times. Just want to make sure it gets there.. AtariAge is really slow, so I clicked send a few times. How much for the Supervision and games?! So, the Megadrive cart sucks?! I have one here that says "Super 52 in 1".. it has a Cheetah on it and says "Action 52".. never tried it, though. I have no Genesis.

I actually have a petition going against eBay if you guys want to read and sign it: http://www.petitiononline.com/ebaypcp/petition.html I've got burned in a few ways in the past. 1 - People don't read.. I was selling a "wholesale list" which stated it several times in the ad and I also had the listeing under "informational services" not paintball guns and yet still people think I am selling paintball guns. 2 - People who leave retailiation feedback that eBay doesn't do anything about and it's very hard to get them to remove a feedback. I had a situation where I bid on something and won it, the guy overcharged me for shipping, sent it out late, never gave me a tracking number, etc. I was nice enough to leave him a neutral amidst all the negatives (and positives) he had coming in.. he had a lot of negatives. He left me negative feedback. It seems this guy was selling stolen merchandise, and some people he wasn't even sending anything to them at all.

That Tooth Protectors label is not upside down. That's exactly how mine looked also.
-
I hate people who write on their labels. My friend and I knew this one guy. He would trade us two carts he needed for ONE we wanted that he had doubles of. He was saving the games for his grand daughter to one day have. LOL! She'd just sell them immeidately.. no grand daughter really wants some old games. We shoulda just took it all and ran. LOL! Anyway, he wrote numbers on all his labels and it was really annoying. Devalues them if you ask me. He wrote in glitter marker if I remember.
-
Yeah, I should add the following. I'm not looking for small multicarts.. more games on it the better. None of those 76000 in 1 carts with a bunch of copies of the same game renamed.
-
Oh that system was called Supervision and came with Crystball.

Look here for your free Christmas present!

You do realize that you're not getting actual magazines, right?! It says: "Simply fill in and submit the form to the right to receive EGM in the new digital version." -- you will be getting a digital version.. ie: email or website type thing. -
I have a few multicarts for the NES, but how about other systems?! SNES?! N64?! Genesis?! Wonderswan?! Neo Geo Pocket?! I'd be interested in getting some. I also forget.. there was another handheld system I had awhile back.. Crystalvision or some crap like that. There was a crapload of games initially released with it, but the screen sucked.. gave me headaches or eye strain because it was blurry with fast moving stuff. I think it came with a game that was like Breakout/Arkanoid. I'd be interested if anyone has ever saw a multicart for that.. or getting every game ever made for it. Does anyone remember the name of the system?!

HAUNTED ADVENTURE - BOO! FINAL BIN & HTML MANUAL
yuppicide replied to atwwong's topic in Atari 2600 Hacks
Awesome!! Looks pretty cool! -
No.. not at all man. I understand where you are coming from. You were right about that you shouldn't reward something for flipping over so many.. the other person should get that as a retaliation. As for the Maze Maniac idea.. it's fully complete. I just don't have the resources to do so. I agree your maze maniac idea is more complete. Please don't take my posts as me saying what you are trying to do is a bad idea. I am simply trying to help you. The more pre-planning and thought you can put into your ideas, the more likely it is that a programmer will become interested in the project. Cheers!
-
I have everything ready to go for most of my games. The programmer comes into play because I can't do it. I mean, you said my "Maze Maniac" game or whatever it would be called didn't have the ideas down either when they were all totally planned out exactly. The mockup screen is just that.. a mockup because I don't know what is possible to do on the 2600, so it'll be modified accordingly, which is fine, but the game play will be there. I'm actually working on a website sort of like Miniclip. It's much easier to get someone to code you a flash game than a 2600 game. Though it's not my first choice or love in the end it'll be more popular and successful. People will be able to play the demo version free online and the full version with extra features, high scores, etc will cost a few dollars.. as opposed to places like Miniclip which can charge $14.95 even $19.95 for a game.
-
Not that.. a real Haunted House II.. I didn't like the look of the 3-D one, sorry.
-
Well, I took Othello and modified it.
-
Someone needs to make a Haunted House II!

If the graphics aren't working for you visit here: http://www.freewebs.com/heytonight/reversi...ttack/index.htm I put the same info I put here with graphics there.. maybe the site doesn't allow direct graphic linking..
-
Someone suggested I make some "mockup screens" of what my Atari game would look like. Now, I'm no graphic artist.. nor am I sure what the 2600 is capable of, but here's the idea for my first game: Game Name: Reversi Attack Idea: Yuppicide 2002 or 2003 (I forget) Title screen: I have yet to create a title screen since I am not good at graphics. I figure a normal looking Reversi then a cool looking Attack. Maybe it would be flashing or something and say @2005. Main Menu: This is where you can set your options. You can play 1 player or two. You can select from 2 or 3 computer skills levels. You can play "one game wins" or "best out of three games wins". The game is also to have some music, maybe a secret keypress to get to a secret screen where it will say hi to my friends. Screenshot 1: Here you see normal gameplay going on. Looks like Othello. Screenshot 2: When you flip over so many enemy pieces you get to attack them with different powerups. Here's you see the person about to attack: Screenshot 3: Black is attacking white with a bomb! Told you I can't draw well! You can position the bomb anywhere you want and it will destroy the space you put it on and randomly destroy a few spaces around it. In this case, black is hoping it will also kill off a few white around it. Screenshot 4: White is attacking with a tornado (okay okay I stole the graphic from the game Taz)! You can pick a row to drop the tornado on and it will sweep across the board, randomly mixing pieces up. Anyway, I said it before, but I am willing to pay people to design the game for me. Of course I'd like a better bomb. The bomb fuse would be animated also I suppose. I have more game ideas that I'll post later..

I've searched.. where are the manuals on here?! Got a link?!
-
I used to have a Supercharger. I had two different ones.. one was different than the other I remember. I used to have a game called "Shoot Em Up Construction Kit" for the Commodore 64. I wish someone could make something like that for the 2600.
-
Has anyone here ever seen the Commavid Magicard for the Atari 2600?! Is it worth even investing any money in?! My guess is that I'll never get any use out of it. I'm obviously looking at the reproduction ones.. they're $34.95 with large manual and other stuff.
